<p>It goes anywhere from .5% -&gt; 2.75% &#8211; currently as of Today, NEXA is approved at 2.75%.</p>

<p>This guideline is new as we used to allow no seasoning with LTV drop- </p>
<p>When the market gets better so will our guidelines on this specifically  ~ So maybe next year.</p>

<p>80% is the Max For out 2nds if you need it for a piggy back, &amp; even with seller carry seconds, we still would need the borrower to put down 80% of their own funds because MAX CLTV is 8<b>0%.</b></p>
