The fico score of mine is 620(all the 3). I earn 150,000 a year. I saw a condo in Queens, NY, and would like to buy it. Currently, I have 90k in the bank, and I am looking for a mortgage to put down 3% to 5%. Can anybody give me an estimate for a better mortgage rate?
