I love Mississippi and have spent some time in Pascagoula, on the coast, and in Biloxi. Great places to be looking for investment property as Mississippi has beautiful beaches and still reasonable prices compared to Florida. I see you also mentioned Elivs! I have visited the home he was born in, Tupelo, in northern Mississippi. It is as big as one of today’s “Tiny Homes”!
