Tips on How to Get Out of a Ticket on a Traffic Stop
I know there are several local, county, state, and federal law enforcement officers and many lawyers who are members of GCA Mortgage Forums and members who have gotten out of traffic tickets when pulled over by law enforcement. What is the best strategy to have the cop give you a break from writing you a traffic ticket or DUI?

Don’t tell me you got another ticket, Odio. You will never get out of a traffic ticket by claiming that you are a Sovereign Citizen and keep watch the First Ammendment Auditors videos and plead the fifth and lecture the cop on the first Ammendment and your rights to remain silent
Just be polite and sincere and stop with telling police officers that you want his supervisor present and demand the officer’s name and badge number. You are just asking for the officer not just to write you a ticket but add more charges than you deserve. Stop watching that crap. It’s just getting your ass in more trouble.

DUI is not great for your insurance. Some carriers may reject or decline a renewal, and in that instance, you may even need to get an SR 22 once the ticket and DUI are filed through Lexus Nexus, which pulls through carrier reports. Essentially, an SR 22 is to place your business in the standard market because, most often, carriers will not take you unless you have the SR 22 and the expiration date and when it was filed.
