As a law enforcement officer all of my adult life, I am familiar with the importance of raising your children away from crime and in a safe environment. Most of my friends who live are Chicago police officers need to live within the city limits of the city. They dread sending their children to city public schools and opt for private schools. However, private schools do not attract top teachers and most private school teachers are paid just slightly above minimum wage. There are good chicago public elementary schools.
