New Decking in the Marketplace
I need to replace a large deck with stairs, railings, and the works. Do any of you know this new decking material that is out on the market? I need to do tons of work on my home. House was built in 1998 and need everything from exterior siding, roof, gutters, sofits, fascia, downspouts, windows, driveway, you name it, I need it. This is aside from the inside remodeling project such as kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, countertops, appliances, and more. I will keep everyone posted as how things progress.

It’s awesome. It costs a little more than wood but lasts over 20 years. I forget what’s called but will post once I get what is called. Here is the images of the deck.

Amanda, you will be amazed at the new products out in the marketplace. I remember aluminum and vynil siding. That’s ancient. They have stone and brick veneer, steel roof, fiber glass roof that look like cedar shakes, and stones.

When I get to TN I have to redo three decks, just started researching ideas. I think I might just stain it but it would be nice to get some good long lasting product on there. Everything is just so expensive right now.
