  When is a good time to refinance if you have a 7.5% rate on FHA loan? I heard mortgage rates are dropping lower.

  Mortgage rates are steadily dropping. I suggest to get your credit scores maximized to the highest potential so when the time comes, you can refinance at the lowest rates.

  Heard from a few people that Mortgage Rates are in the low 6.0% now for 700 credit scores borrowers

  What is going on folks. Ten year treasuries are skyrocketing to record territories again and over 4.5% due to the high CPI numbers forecast for high inflation. Seems like the Federal Reserve Board will not be cutting interest rates. Mortgage rates forecasted to go over 8% in the coming days and weeks. The shitshow continues with the clowns at CNBC and other FAKE NEWS MEDIA networks.
