Aldiva “Ali” Rubalcava, was born in Kingsburg, CA.  She moved to the small city of Artesia, Ca when she was only 2 years old.  In 1988, her parents decided to relocate to Visalia, Ca, where Aldiva attended Mt. Whitney High School, and went to Barclay College in Fresno, Ca while going to High School.  In 1996, Aldiva moved to the Bay Area where she ended up becoming one of the few licensed, female contractors.  Holding a C-54 License, Aldiva specialized in Kitchen and Bath Remodels and ran a successful business until 2008.

Aldiva was awarded the Business Woman of the Year Award in 2006 by President Bush and Congresswoman Fox in Washington D.C.  She was one of 50 businesses to win such an honor.  In addition to this Award, Aldiva also became a Living Well Expert for NBC11, was featured on Rob Black and Your Money, Bay Area Bargains, and did several episodes of Rapid Remodel TV.  Aldiva is a graduate of the Visalia Leadership through the Visalia Chamber of Commerce Class of 2018. In addition, Aldiva’s Company won the Small Business of the Year Award in 2019 from the Tulare Kings Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has been nominated for the Community Service Award from the Tulare Kings Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

After meeting her husband, Cesar Rubalcava on Facebook, and the bay area real estate soaring out of control, Aldiva and her husband moved back to Visalia in 2012.  She held several management positions in the valley and decided to embark on a new venture; Credit Repair.  Recovery Credit Repair, Inc was founded in 2015 by Aldiva. Recovery Credit Repair started with a small office on Main Street, and has blossomed into a successful business that now has two locations, Visalia, and Old Town Clovis  Her passion and dedication to truly helping people overcome the obstacles in their lives, and empower them towards a better life has been the driving success of her business.
