It is honestly sad and very scary times we are living in. I don’t know how people on social security especially can get by right now…

I know I have four kids at home. And we’ve honestly had to cut back on groceries. We were spending over $2,000 a month we used to dish’s $750 not to long ago. It really hurt us the inflation because we’re self employed our wages didn’t increase at all, so we had to cut certain things. Sad

That is crazy. I love Florida. I don’t think I could every bring myself to pay that much over asking price. I always shop deals. The house I got in TN appraiser for $586,000 picked it up for $525,00. That’s my favorite way to buy 😊
