I do bank statement calculations in 2 hours or less (unless sent after 3 p.m., then next morning), we do FTHB DSCR, on our P&L program we don’t calculate the bank statements and compare it to the P&L and then deny your loan! We do ITIN loans, FN, short term rental, nonwarrantable condos, etc.  We can loan up to $10m on owner occupied loans!  $7.5 on non-owner!
