Yes there is a workout regiment. First in order to begin a program you must commit. In other words my best advice would be is to start with the first 3 weeks finding 30min. 3 days a week. i.e. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Focus on basic body weight movements; squat, lunge, horizonatal push/ pull, hinge.
