You have seen nothing yet!!!! You have only heard less than 1.0% of what’s to come out. It is a mega nuclear bomb of corruption and fraud for the longest term ever in the history of the history of mankind. Fraud and corruption at the state and local level is expected to be multiple times larger than on the federal government levels. Folks, be prepared for what’s coming. You will see fraud and corruption of all sorts. And then some.

MemberFebruary 22, 2025 at 11:14 pm in reply to: GCA FORUMS HEADLINE NEWS-Weekend Edition for Saturday February 22nd 2025(The Center Square) – The fallout over comments Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker made about Nazis during his budget address spilled onto the House floor Thursday. For more than five minutes Wednesday, Pritzker ended his address talking about the history of Nazi Germany and warned what he sees as the looming threat in America under the Trump administration. “It took the Nazis one month, three weeks, two days, eight hours and 40 minutes to dismantle a constitutional republic,” Pritzker said. “All I’m saying is when the five-alarm fire starts to burn, every good person better be ready to man a post with a bucket of water if you want to stop it from raging out of control.”

MemberFebruary 22, 2025 at 10:59 pm in reply to: GCA FORUMS HEADLINE NEWS-Weekend Edition for Saturday February 22nd 2025Wall Street landlords are dumping houses in Atlanta, GA at big discounts. These landlords include Invitation Homes and FirstKey Homes, and in some cases, they are rushing to sell houses without even doing basic repairs.
This suggests that the US Housing Market is at a tipping point in 2025, as these landlords continue selling houses below market value. This trend started in Florida but is now spreading to other parts of the Southeast. The result is a massive surge in housing supply. With the inventory of homes for sale spiking all across the Atlanta, GA housing market. Particularly south of Atlanta in McDonough, GA where this was filmed.

MemberFebruary 22, 2025 at 10:47 pm in reply to: GCA FORUMS HEADLINE NEWS-Weekend Edition for Saturday February 22nd 2025There’s a lot of debate on whether property taxes is legal or another way of local government taking advantage of local property owners. If it was before, I would say to STOP with conspiracy theories and just pay your taxes and do your fair share on paying property taxes so city services can continue. However, there was as major wakeup call after Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) uncovered major fraud and corruption, anything i hear about fraud and corruption is open game. I will do more research about if property owners need to pay these exorbitant property taxes or if local government is screwing us average homeowners. In the meantime please watch the attached video clip which is informative 👍

MemberFebruary 22, 2025 at 8:28 pm in reply to: GCA FORUMS HEADLINE NEWS-Weekend Edition for Saturday February 22nd 2025Tennessee is the state that people are happiest moving to. However, the question is which 5 states do people regret moving to in the United States?
5. California, high cost of housing, too many regulations, everything is expensive, high cost of living, high taxes, too many LBGQ, too liberal, high crime, but great weather, high housing costs.
4. Connecticut, small state, high housing costs, high cost of living, high taxes, everything too expensive.
3. New York, a super liberal state. High crime, high cost of living, high housing prices, too many regulations, high taxes.
2. Illinois, terrible weather, high taxes, high cost of living, too liberal, too many regulations, high crime, incompetent politicians.
1. New Jersey, high taxes, high cost of living, high home prices, too liberal, too many regulations, high crime, hard to get a good job.

MemberFebruary 22, 2025 at 5:21 pm in reply to: Chicago Mayor Breaks Campaign Vow By Hiking Property TaxWe traveled back to historic Cairo, Illinois to check on the status of the endangered structures still standing there. Well known to photographers who shoot abandoned places, Cairo is a town beset by a severe decline, leaving it with many abandoned buildings, some of which have become iconic, but all of which are still standing on borrowed time. What is still standing and what has been removed.

MemberFebruary 22, 2025 at 5:18 pm in reply to: Chicago Mayor Breaks Campaign Vow By Hiking Property TaxOakwood, Fithian, Ridge Farm, Sidell, Rankin, Muncie, Illinois that is? Ever heard of these towns? No? That’s why I’m here because in this video I take you to a handful of dying towns that are in Vermilion County, Illinois that are all losing population fast. These towns depended on the railroad, coal and salt mining industries when they were being built. Those industries have all left the area a long time ago, and nothing has taken their place. This region is depressing and it shows through the abandonment that’s seen in these towns, not to mention the county seat of Danville which is has its own video. https://youtu.be/rNSjcGsONhM?si=iSL2WjdyL-wR-bst
