You can literally have a roll over late payments and that is not going to affect you getting your NMLS license approved. Credit scores is not factored in when getting your NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license approved.

MemberFebruary 24, 2025 at 5:59 pm in reply to: GCA FORUMS HEADLINE NEWS-Weekend Edition for Saturday February 22nd 2025U.S. President Donald Trump has made a stunning claim, suggesting that America’s gold reserves at Fort Knox might not be intact. Speaking at CPAC 2025, Trump announced plans to personally visit the ultra-secure facility alongside DOGE Chief Elon Musk to check if the 27 tons of U.S. gold reserves are actually there. “Wouldn’t it be terrible if we opened the doors and found out there was no gold?” Trump teased, fueling suspicions of government corruption and financial mismanagement. His remarks have sparked widespread speculation—has America’s gold been stolen or secretly moved? The upcoming visit could reveal one of the biggest financial scandals in American history.

Donald Trump’s assertion concerning the gold reserves at Fort Knox brings to mind several key considerations.
1. Public Trust and Government Accountability
Concerns over absent gold can damage faith in government agencies. Financial mismanagement unchecked by law can create disillusionment in government accountability and transparency.
2. Social And Political Issues
If investors think that the government has information that is strategically being kept hidden, it can lead to increased bullish speculation surrounding stock prices, commodities, and markets. This can be further exacerbated in the case of gold.
3. Economic Consequences
Claims like these can be politically exploited by one’s rivals to undermine belief in the fundamental policies of government while attempting to stir support from the base opposed to the alleged corruption.
4. Precedent Pricing
For too long, the gold reserves have symbolized financial stability for the US. Any suggestion that these assets are not intact can cause deep concern, forcing the US to draw comparisons with the financial crises of the past, including the Great Depression.
5. Probing Possibilities
U.S. gold reserves may become a point of concern if claims are substantiated. This might lead to potential significant political and administrative consequences, such as hearings and inquiries.
6. Impact on Fiscal Policy
Disputing on the gold reserves may open arguments on fiscal policies, especially on whether to embrace the gold standard or a fiat currency. This might have an impact on future policies and debates regarding an economy’s inflation and the value of its currency.
7. Coverage by the Media and the General Public
Too much focus by the media on such assertions can be misleading. Extreme reporting can create panic, while responsible reporting can tame unreasonable discussions.
Trump’s statements are a puzzle of which the gold reserves are only a fragment. There are greater issues of trust, the economy, and politics at play. Sure, trying to have these discussions will find public moods and help restructure policies.

MemberFebruary 23, 2025 at 10:17 pm in reply to: GCA FORUMS HEADLINE NEWS-Weekend Edition for Saturday February 22nd 2025Kash Patel has been confirmed as President Donald Trump’s Director of the FBI. An American attorney and political figure of Indian Gujarati descent, Kashyap Pramod “Kash” Patel, was born in Garden City, New York, on February 25, 1980. His parents immigrated to America from India after facing persecution in Uganda during the 1970s. Kash was raised Hindu and graduated from Garden City High School on Long Island.
2002 Patel obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History and Criminal Justice from the University of Richmond. Subsequently, he completed his Juris Doctor degree from the Pace University School of Law in 2005. Furthermore, he studied International Law at the University College London in 2004, receiving a diploma entitled ‘Certificate in International Law.’
Patel started his legal career as a public defender, later moving into the United States government. During Donald Trump’s presidency, Patel was charged as a federal prosecutor. During the latter’s first term, he served as the chief of staff to the acting secretary of defense. Patel became prominent when he supported the claim that America had a ‘deep state.’
In February 2025, Trump appointed him as the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and ordered the immediate prosecution of all crimes committed against the United States.
His appointment comes with substantial organizational shifts within the bureau, which show his effort to restructure and address these challenges internally.
According to the financial disclosures, Patel is estimated to be worth between $4 million and 15 million dollars, with investments in real estate and stock, including some in Tesla.
He is publicly known as an automobile enthusiast and has a collection of over fifteen vintage and luxurious cars, including a Lamborghini Urus, Tesla, and Mercedes S-Class.
Private information on Patel’s life, such as his marital status and family, is scarce, as he keeps a low profile. He has been romantically linked with country singer Alexis Wilkins, with rumors of their relationship surfacing around late 2022.
Aside from his work, Patel takes ice hockey very seriously. He has played since childhood and actively participates in the sport as a player and a coach.
Patel’s career shows a mix of legal, public service, and intricate problem-solving dedication to the US government.
