New Home Sales in 2024 in Meltdown. National housing prices has been decreasing. Lennar Homes dropping home prices for 2024 is now the National norm among other big National home builders. New homebuyers have the bargaining chip on getting large incentives when buying new homes.

Thank you sir for sharing your thoughts. Sorry for the delayed response. Chase my German Shepherd pup has been a major pain in the ass and wanted all my attention during the 4th of July holidays and the weekend is not over. I want to concentrate on what makes us different from the competition and I posted my ideas throughout the forum over the course of the year. However I need to piecemeal all the ideas together and spring into action and share them with our key players especially yourself.
