I have two Discover credit cards. One for $8,500 and the second one for $800.00. I paid off my balance to zero and Discover lowered my $8,500 Discover credit card balance from $8,500 to $500. I was never late and have been using it regularly for the past four years. This credit card limit decrease happen last month. Yesterday I get a email alert from PayPal credit card stating from $3,600 Master Card limit has been decreased. My PayPal Mastercard credit limit was increased last month from $1,800 to $3,600. Now PayPal Mastercard is saying they are decreasing the credit card limit. I don’t know what they lowered it to but will keep you posted. Never late and always paid on time

To be eligible for manual underwriting on FHA loans you need timely payments for the past 24 months with no late payments and verification of rent. Unless you have extenuating circumstances, HUD guidelines does not allow for late payments on manual underwriting on FHA loans
