Dan O’Donnell and the rest of the right-wing media initially reported that Dugan concealed the jury, Flores-Ruiz, in her deliberation room. That was the narrative pushed by the capture-the-flag right-wing media. Still, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel refuted this claim and reported that he did guide Flores and his lawyer through a private hallway toward the public space adjacent to the jury room. Everything in the criminal complaint focuses on getting out of the public space and lacks support for the allegations of concealing in the jury room.
Where Does Flores-Ruiz Stand: Gang Member Or A Simple Felon?
Flores-Ruiz is said to be an illegal Mexican national who was deported in 2013 and went through the border without permission, and lawfully entered the United States. During the period of the event, he was in the middle of three misdemeanor domestic violence battery charges in Milwaukee.
