yes the assignments are now called Wholesalers. we allow a Wholesaler to make 15% and sometimes 20% profit. we fund the End Buyer. Usually the end buyer is a cash buyer because most lenders will not allow a double escrow. you must use the legal form sbd assignment forms required in the state the transaction is being made in.
