I give Dr. Blank my full endorsement because of all of the professional positions he has held that have helped people. Those are exactly the kinds of people that we need in our government and at all times. We need actual leaders in order to actually lead the generous hearted people of our country. Everything needed for life to exist in our solar system is on such a fine line, from a single living cell, to the movement of our solar system and beyond. It is all precision driven and absolutely necessary in order to maintain life in its many forms as we know it. If the earth’s axis was changed only a little, and if we didn’t have our seasons, and if the moon was a little farther or closer to the Earth, plus a number of other seemingly insignificant possible changes were to happen, life on Earth as we know it would most likely, not be able to continue. We are extremely fortunate for the precision of our solar system, as well as the ways that our human cells operate moment by moment. One of the questions that I always try to ask in my life is, “Is life an accidental occurrence, survival of the fittest, a mutation that became a living entity, or whatever?” Or was it created by a God with all power, knowledge, compassion, moral values, judgement for those moral values, and ability to work within his creation, and yet allow everyone to have some amount of free will, so that our love would be genuine to the extent that we can share it from our own decision and free will with others. There is a lot of philosophy between all of these thoughts, and it can and will continue to be discussed by people for a long time, yet ultimately only with incompleteness. We will never know everything. Since our knowledge is limited, like our strength, then we can have only so much knowledge, and a portion of our most reasonable opinions about life must be with some amount of faith included, yet not only by faith. In any event, as I see life, it is good to live as good a life as we can and to help others to do so as well. Whether or not there is a God, natural moral law, as well as my own heart, constantly tells me to do my best at everything that I try to accomplish and to always try to help other to do so as well. I do believe there is a God, however, I try to accept people regardless of their religious views, when they are trying to do their best to live their life to improve and to help others to improve as well. I thank and am grateful for those people who are giving and supportive toward others. Personally, I’m grateful for all that we have in our universe that makes our lives possible. I look forward to making the best of it while I am here and able to live my life to my fullest potential. That’s why I always try to help others when I can. People have helped me in the past and I want to always try to do the same for others when I have the opportunity and the ability to do so.

The video about long haired German Shepherds was great. I know very little about dogs so far. I love seeing all of the effort that people put into their dogs.

Gustan, I loved hearing what you have learned from MIke Kortas and how he has given you so much support. I have been working as a Business Development Manager [ BDM ] for a little over 3 months at NEXA Mortgage with Karen Enslin and I have observed in my life fewer than 10 people, women included, who have been great leaders, great equippers, and great supporters, all with strong loyalty and compassion. It has widened my vision of Hope for myself and others. The only strong, consistent, and focused support that I have seen like this at NEXA Mortgage has been when I was in the U.S. Army in Germany, and when I worked for the City of La Mirada in California. I have also seen it in you Gustan. I look forward to continue learning from you and your Realty Team in the future. I also continue to look forward to working with NEXA Mortgage. I loved Gustan’s comprehensive evaluation of Loans for Investing in Apartment buildings. I am currently beginning to work in the financial industry, however, I have followed it for over 40 years. Now that I have partially retired, I want to learn more specifically what I can about investing and then teach that to others who have the ability, yet lack the knowledge necessary in order, to take them through the actual steps of successful purchases, management, and even the sales of apartment buildings. It’s exciting for me to see people succeed with their dreams. It may be possible for me to purchase an apartment building one day as well.
