Yeah, I’ve spent the last few days learning more about the commercial programs being offered… There are a lot of additional ways that loan officers can use to increase their income in a high rate environment with low inventory.

It depends on the size of the RV but it’s possible to add sliders…i did a Google search and there are a few companies that make sliders to retrofit into existing RVs…

One thing we can do with Dianne that a dealer can’t do is refinance your vehicle after purchase…

We did this as well… The dealer matched them and we went with them because the credit union wasn’t open on Saturday and we would have to wait until Monday to fund it…

The reason the rate was better with a warranty was because the finance manager gets a bonus for warranty penetration (the percentage of buyers that buy a warranty)… So he’s willing to give up profit on the rate to get the warranty.
