Do we love our pets too much?
Two-thirds of the people in the United States have pets. If they all voted, they would be the majority. This is a 138 billion-dollar business with nearly 40 million pets.
We treat our pets like members of the family; we have pet spas, pedicures, jewel-studded collars, and boutique hotels disguised as kennels. They are not family; they are animals, and I am one of those pet owners.
Years ago, animals stayed outside; barnyard dogs and stray cats were everywhere. Cats came and went whenever they wanted. Now we have scientific studies and biological proof of why we love our pets. Wounded Warriors has dogs available to vets because dogs understand. A dog will love you more than they love themselves, an unconditional love found nowhere else.
The problem with pets is that they never grow up; they remain children, and we treat them as such. Your pet animals get expensive, and we spend thousands of dollars to keep them alive and healthy. We wheel them outside to do their business and think nothing of it. When do we end their misery? Do we keep them alive because of selfishness?
When you decide to get a dog, or a cat, for that matter, it is a lifelong commitment. What happens when you decide that you made a mistake? Bringing the dog back causes psychological issues; the dog feels abandoned. Fido gave all of himself to you, and you abandoned him. The dog may have a problem with trust; all they want to do is love and please you.
I have had many dogs in my life; my current dog now is 12 years old, and I have sworn to him that I will be with him until his last breath. I know he is here for me until mine.

It is no secret Joe Scarborough is Joe and Jill Biden’s number one ass kisser. Joe Scarborough has brought five star coverage of Joe Biden and unanimously crowned 👑 himself Joe Biden’s number one ass kissing freak show. Scarborough is thought about as the World’s biggest idiot and nobody respects him nor his show. He seems he’s more mentally ill than Joe Biden and is in the state of denial about how bad the economy is under Joe Biden’s watch. However, after Thursday’s Presidential debate with former President Donald Trump, the Biden Ass Kissing Freak Joe Scarborough 😜 seems he’s calling it TRUCE. Watch this video clip.

Planning can be a helpful way to set goals and achieve them. Here are some steps you can take to create a plan and start moving forward:
1. Reflect on your values and priorities: Take some time to think about what really matters to you in life. Consider your values, passions, and the things that bring you joy. This will help guide you in setting meaningful goals.
2. Set specific and realistic goals: Break down your larger goals into smaller, actionable steps. Make sure your goals are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART goals). This will make them more manageable and increase your chances of success.
3. Create a plan of action: Outline the steps you need to take to achieve each goal. Break them down into smaller tasks and set deadlines for each. This will help you stay organized and focused.
4. Seek support: Don’t be afraid to reach out to friends, family, or professionals for support. They can provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability as you work towards your goals.
5. Take care of yourself: Self-care is crucial during times of difficulty. Make sure to prioritize your physical and emotional well-being. This can include activities such as exercise, healthy eating, getting enough sleep, and practicing mindfulness or relaxation techniques.
Remember, it’s important to be patient with yourself and allow for flexibility in your plan. Life can be unpredictable, and it’s okay to adjust your goals and plans as needed.

Kamala Harris, is it racism?
Who is Kamala Harris? A vice president who hasn’t achieved much. She is a heartbeat away from being president. If Biden doesn’t run in November, she may be running in his stead. Every time I look up information on her, all I find is the following: The first female African American to hold the office of vice president That’s her claim to fame, and I take issue with that claim. Also, what is she? Her mother, Kamil, is from India, which makes her Asian; her father, Donald, is, get this, Afro-Jamaican with Irish ancestry. I will assume she is a woman. Why isn’t she the first Irish-Jamaican-Asian? You list the adjective first: I’m Italian American. An American by birth, a Native American is what I am. Granted, she was born in Oakland, California, apparently of many different ancestors. Why does Africa come first? She’s barely African; has she been there? I’ve been to Italy many times. I don’t play it up; it’s obvious I’m Italian. My wife’s DNA states she is 2% Polynesian; she can’t relate to that; she’s Ukrainian and Slovak. Would my wife be Polish or Polynesian? My DNA says I’m 20% Greek. Southern Italians and Greeks have been screwing around with each other for a long time. Africa is just 30 miles from Sicily. I have black cousins! Are we Afro-Italianos? Everyone here is from elsewhere. The party plays the female race ticket; just give them a minority, and they will vote them into office.Kamala Harris, is it racism?

The Mafia and LGBT
I am proud of my Greenwich Village and my heritage. Just before summer kicked in early June 1969, the Stonewall Inn riots occurred. I’m not sure how many LGBTs know of this riot on Sheridan Square in Greenwich Village. The cops had enough of the gays and decided to raid the gay bar. This was the beginning of the gay movement.
This was actually a big mistake by the local police precinct; the “boys” owned the bar. When I refer to the “boys,” I mean the Mafia. They owned all the gay bars in the village. Gays were an everyday, matter of fact, occurrence in the village. The Italians paid them no mind; they didn’t hurt anyone. Tea Roooms, as they were called, sprung up, “Black Rabbit,” “One Potato,” where I actually worked a couple of bar shifts; it’s a long story how I wound up working there. The manager’s name was Bunny. He was gay and connected to the “boys.” My sisters had gay friends in elementary school. Everything was kept quiet, all behind closed doors, until that night in June, when 1,000 protesters came out of the closet and supported the Stonewall Inn. Not all were gay; many straight Villagers joined the protest.
The cops were brutal with their batons. This was long before “The Gay Officers Action League” was born. The cops and the “boys” always got along until that night. I guess there was a “sit down” between the two, and as expected, the “boys” won the battle. When it comes to money, don’t fuck with them. I suppose the Mafia helped the Gay Rights Movement.

I have heard many conflicting stories about Illinois banning pets stores from selling puppies. If true, is this law just for Illinois or are there othere states? Or is it state by state? Is there any truth to this or is it another conspiracy story from FAKE NEWS. Thank you in advance.

Do you enjoy wine? Of course you do! Do you know why? Do you pay attention to wine speak? So many frauds out there that think they know wine. The aroma reminds of wet dog, with a lingering mouth feel that’s tastes like… you can fill in the rest. Many people talk dry, but drink sweet. Yes, most wine drinkers enjoy reds, I enjoy all of them they all have a place at the table. From a Romanee Conte to a white Zinfandel. And screw the theory of white wine only with fish. If I’m grilling salmon it’s a Pinot noir all the way. Okay, enough for know if you want to learn more let’s chat. By the way I’ve been drinking wine since I was seven. I’m Italian after all. I studied viticulture, grew grapes, made wine, won medals. Taught home wine making I am a sommelier or a better description, A Wine Guy, a moniker I have had for years. For more information about me let’s talk.

I am looking at buying a RVPark- that is currently cashflowing at a 7.5cap – I am looking at changing the model a bit and infusing capital plan to add capsule airbnbs and boat storage (20) frames are already built. The Property is 10 acres – less than 2 miles from a lake that has over 6 million visitors a year. It is located 30 minutes from 2 of the largest casinos and also 3 state parks. I am wondering if someone could finance on projected dscr. Any help would be great. I will post some designs of the homes and some of the land later today.

Thousands of mortgage loan officers left the mortgage industry for good in 2023. Tens of thousands of loan officers have not renewed their mortgage loan origination licenses. The mortgage loan origination career have proven devastating to tens of thousands of loan officers. Just two years ago the average mortgage loan originator made hundreds of thousands of dollars a year and their career was very promising. Many mortgage loan originators were so successful they formed teams and ventured to a P and L mortgage Branch model with a larger mortgage lender or broker. Other mortgage loan originators opened their own mortgage broker companies. Here’s a credible recent article about how many loan officers are leaving the Mortgage Industry

There’s a lot of talk about how 5G cause brain damage, change people’s personality, and even death. I have attached a shocking video about 5G that is alarming and needs to get addressed. Bill Gates is mentioned on the video and his mission to depopulate the World with euthanization through 5G. A must watch.
