We mainly handle private investors only and all our acquistions is not t fix and flip but rather to purchase, renovate or develop, stablilize and maximize the cash flow for each indivivudal asset under ownership and management. I am one of 10 regional managers of acquisition and development operations which is under the leadership of a national managing director. My husband Tommy Henry Miller and four children all work for R 247 Partners in upper management positions.
