Americans are perplexed when they hear the mainstream media network and politicians announce the economy is doing great and we just had a soft landing. Joe Biden and his cronies such as Jerome Powell, Janet Yellen, Joe Scarborough, Jim Cramer, Chuck Todd, and other Democrats and far left liberals say What Inflation? The Economy is doing GREAT. Look at the stock market how high it is under the Biden Administration. We just had a soft landing. Look at the unemployment numbers and how low it is. All of these clowns are just big fat liars. You don’t need fake economic data and numbers. Unemployment numbers is not 3%. Inflation numbers is not 3%. Go to your nearest grocery store and look at the cost of groceries. Go get your cat repaired and see how much it costs. Go to McDonald’s and see how much a burger, fries, and soda is ($25 dollars easy). How much does it cost to feed a family of four? How much does it cost to care for your dog or dogs? How much does it cost to buy a car? Whether you like it or not, Americans need to face reality and face the facts they are being lied to by Joe Biden and the far left liberals. The dollar is not backed by any hard assets. The Federal Reserve Board is a money printing machine controlled by the Deep State, The Rothschild Family, George Soros, and the Globalists. How can career politicians like Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and hundreds of politicians become multimillionaires without a real job or family inheritance. Impossible. Politicians and the deep state are stealing, lying, and printing money. They are not playing by the rules. Americans need to wake up and speak up. Americans need to voice their opinions and concerns. There’s no way we should have a commander in Chief of the United States of America who has stage six of dementia and has the nuclear code. Dementia Lying Cheating Joe Biden is a major liability for our country and is infested with corruption. We need to clean house. Expect a major stock market crash in the coming days, weeks, months. Expect a major real estate crash in the coming short term. The stock market and housing markets will plummet 50% to 90% or more. Expect a financial crisis worse than the 2008 real estate and financial meltdown. We should be ready for this correction so in two to three years we will have everything fixed under the leadership of President Donald Trump. The Federal Reserve Board will be destroyed and we will have a new monetary system backed by silver and Gold. We need to get Dementia Joe Biden and his cronies out of the White House and stop power hunger Jill Biden running the Executive Branch.

What does DEFUNDING the POLICE exactly mean? Why is Kamala Harris such a huge proponent and supporter of DEFUNDING THE POLICE. Why did Kamala Harris aggressively support the DEFUNDING THE POLICE movement after the George Floyd killing by Minneapolis POLICE. Why was Kamala Harris the biggest supporter of DEFUNDING THE LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT by Los Angeles Mayor Garcetti. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti proposed of cutting the Los Angeles Police DEPARTMENT budget by $150 million dollars and Kamala Harris, at the time the United States Senator from California was Eric Garcetti’s biggest supporter. We don’t need a Presidential candidate who is anti-law enforcement and who doesn’t care about fighting crime. Kamala Harris is a joke. An international disgrace who is a disgusting example of a human being.

An “asset depletion mortgage loan” is a type of mortgage that is designed for borrowers who have significant assets but may not have a traditional source of income, such as a regular job or salary. These loans are sometimes used by retirees or self-employed individuals who have substantial savings and investments but may not meet the standard income requirements for a traditional mortgage.
In an asset-depletion mortgage loan, the lender considers the borrower’s assets, such as cash, stocks, bonds, retirement accounts, and other investments, as a source of income to qualify for the mortgage. The lender calculates the borrower’s monthly income by depleting or drawing down on their assets over a specified period, often 3-5 years. This calculated income is then used to determine the borrower’s ability to make mortgage payments.
It’s essential to note that asset depletion loans typically come with higher interest rates than traditional mortgages because lenders consider them riskier. Borrowers should carefully consider the terms and conditions of such loans and be aware of the potential risks and costs involved.
These types of loans can be complex, and eligibility requirements may vary from lender to lender. Borrowers interested in asset depletion mortgage loans should work closely with a qualified mortgage professional to understand the specific criteria, terms, and options available to them.

The value of investing in real estate, including buying a house in California, can depend on various factors and it’s hard to make a blanket statement without considering all of them. However, here are some general considerations:
1. **Market Trends:** As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the housing market in California had been experiencing significant growth for many years, with prices increasing steadily. Some areas, such as San Francisco or Los Angeles, had seen especially high appreciation. It’s important to monitor the latest trends, as the market can fluctuate.
2. **Location:** The potential for return on investment can greatly depend on the specific location within California. Properties in or near major cities or in desirable communities tend to hold value well and may offer higher potential returns. However, they can also come with higher initial investment costs.
3. **Rent Potential:** If you’re planning to rent out the property, it’s crucial to consider the rental market in the area. Some parts of California have a strong rental market with high demand, which could provide a good source of income.
4. **Long-term Investment:** Typically, real estate should be viewed as a long-term investment. In the short term, fluctuations in the market can occur, but over the long term, real estate generally tends to appreciate in value.
5. **Taxes and Regulations:** California has higher property taxes and stricter regulations for landlords compared to many other states. These should be factored into your considerations.
6. **Economic Stability:** California has a strong and diverse economy, which can support the long-term growth of property values.
7. **Other Financial Considerations:** Buying a house involves significant costs beyond the purchase price, such as maintenance costs, insurance, property taxes, and potentially homeowner association fees.
It’s also important to consider your financial situation, your investment goals, and your risk tolerance. Real estate can be a good investment, but it also comes with potential risks and costs.
Please note that while these points may serve as a general guide, you should consult with a financial advisor or real estate professional who can provide advice based on the current market conditions and your individual circumstances.

Doctor Carol Lieberman reports Jill Biden to the state mental health authorities for Elderly Abuse. Dr. Lieberman reported Jill Biden for abusing her senile husband Joe Biden to state mental health authorities. She said it is obvious Joe Biden is suffering from dementia and is in no shape or form to work let alone run for reelection. More to come.

To Jill Biden, even at the cost of her husband Joe Biden making a total fool of himself around the the Globe, she’s pushing Joe to run for President of the United States. This is self fish, not right, inhumane, and right down evil. Jill Biden is an exact replica of Edith Wilson, First Lady and wife of President Woodrow Wilson who had a stroke in the White House 🏠. Jill Biden’s actions are despicable and outright wrong. Jill Biden is becoming very unlikeable among both parties Democrats and Republicans. Jill Biden has political aspirations of her own to become a United States Senator 🇺🇸 and is using her political goals and power hunger at the expense of her husband Joe Biden who is obviously suffering from late stage stage 6 dementia.

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has recently updated its policies regarding gift funds for home buyers. Under the new update, donors providing gift funds for a buyer’s down payment are no longer required to provide bank statements. This change simplifies the process for those receiving financial assistance from friends or family members, making it easier to secure an FHA-insured mortgage.
Key points about this update:
- No Bank Statement Requirement: Donors do not need to submit bank statements to verify the source of their gift funds.
- Gift Letter: A gift letter is still required, which must include the donor’s name, contact information, relationship to the borrower, the amount of the gift, and a statement that no repayment is expected.
- Documentation: Borrowers must provide documentation of the transfer of gift funds, such as a copy of the donor’s check and the borrower’s deposit slip, or a copy of the donor’s withdrawal slip and the borrower’s deposit slip.
This update aims to streamline the process for borrowers using gift funds, reducing paperwork and potential delays. For more detailed information, borrowers and lenders should refer to the latest FHA guidelines or contact their mortgage lender.

The homebuying process starts way before you actually start shopping for a house. It is best to prepare six to twelve months before you actually want to start looking for a house. Getting pre-approved can be a process depending on your credit. Get pre-approved first. Interview Real Estate Professionals. Consult with real estate agents and financial advisors who have expertise in your local market. They can provide insights into current conditions and help you make informed decisions. Consider broader economic conditions, such as job stability, inflation rates, and the overall health of the economy. Economic factors can influence property values and affordability. If you decide to move forward with a purchase, always get a thorough home inspection to identify any potential issues or needed repairs. This can impact the overall cost of homeownership.
In summary, the decision to buy a house depends on your individual circumstances and the conditions of the housing market in your area. It’s essential to thoroughly research and assess your financial readiness before making such a significant investment. Additionally, consider seeking advice from professionals who can provide guidance tailored to your specific situation.

Do German Shepherd dogs require a fenced yard. My homebuyer finally found their forever house. Problem is the house is in South Barrington, Illinois where all homes are in subdivisions. Subdivision HOAs ban fences on all homes. Homes have a one acre minimum. My buyers put a deposit on two German Shepherd dogs wanted to put a fence for them. Their late Old English Mastiff never needed a fence. What are your thoughts on German Shepherd dogs. Are German Shepherd dogs runners in nature like hunting dogs or can they be trained to stay on your property without a fence.

Have you seen the commercials for HIMs and HERS? I must be missing something; I thought we were sensitive to the non-binary society? When pronouns are used like XIR or MX, I’m in a fog. Is it a certain code that only non-binary people get? Everyone wants to be identified as something. We wear T-shirts that have a message: we want to be labeled as someone unique. Why? Aren’t we happy being what God intended? How is it that today, when a child is born, the parents can name them non-brinary? Is this predestined?
I know I can rant and rave about genders; my question would be, “What does the non-binary person, {I can use person, right, I’m not offending anyone, am I?}
What happens if a HIMS takes a HERS? Or a HERS takes a HIMS? Hair growth, stronger sexual desire?
Will there be a THEMS or an ITS? Please help!

How to find active builders and spec builders. One way is to go to realtor.com choose a large city go to filters, click home age no min, and less than 1 year. this should list the new construction homes. Get the addresses, the agent usually doesn’t want you speaking with their client. However call the agent anyway and let them know that you can help their builder to build more homes and sometimes they will introduce you. If not then do a google search for parcel search using the city, or county and state. Usually they have a gis map and you can use this to locate the owner and the address of the owner, where you can further search and get a cell phone. Realtor.com is a great source to see who is building where and at what price.
