Two-to-four unit multifamily homes are great investments for first time homebuyers who want to become real estate investors. Once you buy a two-to-four unit multifamily home, you can buy another owner occupant home one year later on a single family home because you need more space. However, you cannot have a single family home and buy a multifamily home one year later because it does not make sense.

Stories I hear about electric cars are very conflicting. Like a 180 degree difference. Certain news media Saya Electric cars cause cancer from radiation. They also claim battery life of electric cars is a few years and cost 30,000

Highly recommend Angie Crippen of Oncourse Learning for your 20 hour NMLS pre-licensing course annual CE courses. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Always returning your call timely.

Yes, there are no such thing as a trusted news anchor these days. I used to trust the news and always thought anchors reported the truth. Now, you need to fact check the news. Depending which political party the news sides with, they are slanting the news towards their propoganda views and do not report the actual news. You cannot trust the anchors because they get bought out by the big news giants. The truthful anchors and journalists get blackballed from the search engines and cannot be heard.

If I had an insurance claim ten years ago, can my homeowners premium get reduced? I had a $40,000 homeowners insurance claim ten years ago and my premium went from $700 per year to $3,500. I just got it reduced to $3,000 per year but it is still high. When will my homeowners insurance premium get lowered to $700 -per yea.
