I am always matching flavors, sometimes weird ones, Madeira and cheese cake with strawberries just seemed to match. Junior’s Cheesecake from Brooklyn is the best, Publix in Florida carries them. Johannesburg Riesling and Mexican food, the sweetness of the wine cools the hotness.

Pairing wine with chocolates is great, I like Port wines, take it one step forward, Madeira wines with cheeses cake, for some reason it is a match made in heaven.
