I think everything will tank, Dow Jones should not be at 4000. Cash I feel will be king. Credit card interest and the new charge for using a card, 3% will crush the consumer. I think at the beginning of Co-vid he was sincere, I always thought it was a new strain of the flue. Surprising, less people died of the flue during the Co-vid years. Check the data. Thanks for your reply, one step further would be spicy Mexican food, nothing cools like beer or milk, lol. However, a Riesling a sweet California one. Sweetness cools the spice as well.

Excellent recipe almost as good as mine, I don’t soak in milk. When I was in Positano, not far from relatives, I had the meatballs at Bucca di Baca. I never order meatballs out, i tore into them and they looked and tasted like mine. My son Anthony and I were in Bologna we learned Bolognese sauce. 15 ingredients including white wine. When my son became a chef years later and added the dish to the menu, he was called, “Tony Bolo.”
