HOAs have become the modern day Nazis! We stayed clear of HOA, the power they have is insane. They fine you if the house is the wrong shade of paint, if your lawn is not perfect. So many developments have them is hard to avoid, we did no HOA! If an HOA is offered some time in the future I will be a board member.

Thanks why I pray, I know there is a better place in the end. It angers me with all the predators out there. Scamming, etc. hopefully, our grandchildren will be aware of all these things.

Let’s talk Dobermans, very smart, very stubborn. They are coyote smart, must be in the dog gene. I lived in the mountains and encountered coyotes most days. When they see a human they pretend to be coming at you, you make a loud noise or yell and the scammer several yards and turn around and look at you as to tease you, yell and take a step in their direction they run like cowards. When I catch Bullet my Doberman chewing something, he pretends to stop and while I not looking back to chewing. Its going to be a long year.

Also one of my doctors collects wine.Vosne Romany Conte, a great Burgundy wine. $3000 easy per bottle. I encouraged him to open a bottle, no he said he collects. He never knew what the wine tasted like, he only knew it was collectible, I had to explain what it tasted like.
