Today I’m gonna prove to you that this is actually being done on purpose and is a known manipulation tactic to have less transparency about the house you want to buy. Here is Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, a rookie politician who has trashed his little reputation by back peddling on his campaign promises not to increase property taxes in the city of Chicago. In just 18 months, Brandon Johnson proposed a $400 million property tax increase. Johnson declared The City of Chicago a Sanctuary City and blew over $1.0 BILLION on illegal migrants and turned the budget of the city of Chicago upside down. What a dumb idiot.

Home prices will drop in these cities in 2025 according to forecasts by GCA Mortgage Forums NEWS. In fact, home values are already on the decline in most of these cities. This list was created using the Home Price Forecast Score on GCA Mortgage Forums NEWS Real Estate and Mortgage Edition. . The score is ranked from 0 to 100, with a lower score indicating a higher likelihood of home price declines. All these metros had scores in the low to mid-30s, indicating home price declines anywhere from 3 to 7% YoY are possible.
