Rent-to-own with Home Partners of America enables rents to get a home with the option to purchase at a later date. The renter would be guaranteed the home they are renting until a loan officer work on their credit so the renter qualifies for a mortgage. The rent to own homebuyer would either need to rebuild their credit or income during they are renting. Home Partners of America (HPA) coordinates the rent-to-own homes.
