I just talked to Mr Cho and im thinking of becoming a loan officer and talk to Alex…is there any jobs part time i can work with that pays till i can get my license and get a few deals under my belt..Im ready for the next step in life..i wanna buy a house in 2 years and need to get my life in order .. Advice is very much appreciated

James, you are a man with many talents. Talents that you do not realize you have. What is it you like to do? What are you good at? Are you a good writer? Are you good in social media? Do you know Tik Tok? Instagram? Facebook? Making videos? YouTube? Rumble? Shorts? Don’t you know a lot of real estate agents? Don’t you know a lot of homeowners who need financing to do home improvements? Do you know bankruptcy lawyers? What type of licensed professionals do you know? Attorneys? Real Estate Agents?
