There is a major crisis for condominium owners and homeowners with a homeowners association. 30% of homeowners will be affected with the skyrocketed cost of homeowners association. There are instances where HOA fees have increased 500%.

HOAs have become the modern day Nazis! We stayed clear of HOA, the power they have is insane. They fine you if the house is the wrong shade of paint, if your lawn is not perfect. So many developments have them is hard to avoid, we did no HOA! If an HOA is offered some time in the future I will be a board member.
