Does any loan officers know how much tri-merger credit report fees will be increased to?

We use Informative Research and the soft inquiry reports for 2 borrowers are going to 60.00. Full reports are going to 80.00

Happy New Year, George. We use Advantage Credit and our soft pull on Experian is two dollars per borrower on Experian and six dollars for Equifax and Transunion. Our tri-merger hard pull is $65.00. Don’t know what will go up to.

Who pays for the credit report? Does the borrower pay or loan officer?

Soft pull for 60 and hard pull 80, why not just do hard pull
