There is a beach in southern Thailand called Monkey Beach. I’ve seen firsthand that they aren’t always super friendly with people though. Here’s a video of what it’s like.

Certain types of monkeys like Chimpanzees can be extremely dangerous when they reach adulthood.

I would never do this. As “cute” as they seem, if they attack you, you are losing eyes, nose, ears, and anything that protrudes from the body they will attempt to remove.

Don’t underestimate a baby monkey. Monke and House dog shard a meal. Then dog barks the monkey startling it. The baby monkey doesn’t take shit and smacks the dog not once buy multiple times. Cute.
