Chase is the best looking German Shepherd I have ever seen in my life. Chase’s long coat, black and red markings, and black mask makes him look like royalty and majestic. Now I am considering adopting a Long Coat, Black and Red, with a black mask German Bloodline German Shepherd just like Chase.

Let’s talk Dobermans, very smart, very stubborn. They are coyote smart, must be in the dog gene. I lived in the mountains and encountered coyotes most days. When they see a human they pretend to be coming at you, you make a loud noise or yell and the scammer several yards and turn around and look at you as to tease you, yell and take a step in their direction they run like cowards. When I catch Bullet my Doberman chewing something, he pretends to stop and while I not looking back to chewing. Its going to be a long year.

Lol. Hilarious 😂. Smart dogs are extremely sneaky and can outwit their owners all day long. I got my German Shepherd Chase when he was seven months old. He was so much under the ears on everything. He didn’t know what a dog bed was, dog toys, human food, and was like a retarded kid because he was with a breeder in a kennel environment. However, little by little Chase started to get civilized and know what true life is about. He slyly took one of my shoes when I was laying in bed right next to them. I missed it every time. He destroyed my brand new $1,000 pair of glasses that was on my nightstand when I was laying right next to it. He roamed the house and found items I haven’t seen in years. He took my cell phone off my nightstand. Luckily he did not destroy it. I laughed out loud everything he did even though some of his actions cost me thousands of dollars. He learned how to communicate with me and get what he want. He loves his red ball and drops it by me when he wants me to take him out to play fetch. If I ignore him, he keeps on grabbing his ball and drops it closer to me. I ignore him, he will pick up his ball and place it on my hands. I then give up and take him out. He always wins. How could I say no to him. I need to get him a brother. Another German Shepherd. His brothers and sisters are all little toy poodles and toy breeds so he acts like a teacup toy Poodle and thinks he’s a lap dog. Dogs are great. Especially Smart ones that think the owner is the dog and they are human. Look at the attached picture of Chase with his red ball and his little brother Winston on the right corner of the picture. I mention ball and he grabs his red ball and runs to the garage service door. Winston, the French Bulldog is his sidekick and is right alongside Chase.

Connie raised Doberman Pinschers since childhood. Doberman Pinschers are one of the smartest if not the smartest dogs in the planet. They are beautiful, intelligent, easy to train, the best protection dogs, loyal, and great with kids. Male Doberman Pinschers are more beautiful than females because they are larger, bulkier, and elegant. Doberman Pinschers need their tails docked and their ears cropped. More and more Doberman Pinschers are having their tails and ears not cropped and cut. I ordered a Doberman Pinscher male brown and rust which will be ready on November 19th, 2024. Can’t wait.

Marcos my man. I talked to Dan and he told me that you paid $3,000 in full for the pick of the litter. I can’t wait to see the litter and the pups. I will drive it out to you. Dan Ivenovic is only 30 minutes from where I live.

I know there are many dogs that have their tailed docked and ears cropped like Doberman Pinschers, and Boxers. Dogs like Rottweilers and Great Danes only have their tails docked and not their ears. Does anyone know why I am seeing more and more Doberman Pinschers without their tails docked and without their ears cropped? I seen pictures of Rottweilers with long tails and they do not look right. I am sorry to say that dogs like Rottweilers without their tails docked look awful. Anyone who is familiar with this topic matter and can answer my questions will be greatly appreciated.

Several factors drive the visibility of Doberman Pinschers and other breeds traditionally docked and cropped with their natural tails and ears. These include animal welfare attitudes, legal frameworks, and breed standards. Below is a more detailed discussion:
Animal Welfare Attitudes Shift
Ethical Considerations: Many pet owners, veterinarians, and animal welfare organizations view tail docking or ear cropping procedures as unnecessary and painful. Such procedures have been criticized for causing unnecessary pain without any consideration for the dog’s health or functionality but rather to enhance aesthetic appeal.
Public Awareness: Public awareness regarding the negative effects of these activities has increased, leading to a rise in opposition. The use of social media platforms, together with campaigns from animal rights groups, has contributed significantly to enlightening people about the ethical issues involved.
Legal Frameworks
Bans and Restrictions: Some countries have banned tail docking, while others regulate it strictly. For instance, European nations such as the UK, Germany, and Norway do not allow this practice at all; however, within the USA, different states may impose their own laws concerning it.
Veterinary Positioning: Many veterinary associations, including the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), disapprove of cosmetic ear cropping or tail docking and advocate for their prohibition.
Breed Standards And Shows
Kennel Clubs: In confirmation, some kennel clubs and breed organizations began accepting, even preferring dogs’ natural appearances over altered ones. For example, the American Kennel Club permits cropped/uncropped ears and docked/natural tails in certain breeds.
Show Preferences—Breed standards traditionally require docked tails or cropped ears. However, breed standards are changing to recognize natural appearances during competitions and showings. This change is influenced by shifts in public opinion coupled with a desire to promote the welfare of animals, amongst other things.
Practical Considerations
Health and Functionality—Critics argue that docking/cropping can lead to poor health conditions in dogs, like chronic pain, behavioral changes, and increased susceptibility to infections, and thus, keeping them naturally prevents such problems.
Owner Preferences Modern pet owners might not want their pets to look like they’ve had unnecessary surgeries, so they prefer a natural look.
Rottweilers and Tails Appearance And Function: Traditionally, Rottweilers docked tails the same way as Dobermans. However, now there’s an increasing tendency to leave rotting tails naturally for similar ethical/legal/practical reasons.
Aesthetic Views: Long-tailed Rottweilers may need to be more aesthetically pleasing because their appearance goes against the traditional image associated with the breed. However, people are generally getting used to seeing them look more like actual dogs.
The growing number of Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, and other traditionally cropped/docked breeds having their original ears/tails can largely be attributed to evolving ethics laws, changes to breeding standards, and owner preferences, among many other things. Although some still find beauty in shortened/surgically altered pets, wider acceptance of natural looks signifies an enhanced commitment to animal welfare, well-being, and health.
