Tiny home village
I am looking at Tiny homes and financing. I currently have a few rv parks that i am looking to put in some tiny homes, eventually i would like to make a community of these maybe have up to 40. The homes will be on a permanent foundation with county water and central sewage. I was wondering if anyone has financed these type of projects or tiny homes in general. I will upload a few pictures but am working with an architect for the site plan. I have sites mainly in oklahoma but also in texas and south carolina.

Tiny homes is sparkling tons of interest. Lenders are really taking a hard look into financing tiny homes. I will have more on this topic in the following days.

I have had a few non profit places ask about forming like a community of them. They are a 501C and checking on grants.So keep me posted.

Rhonda, Ali of Recovery Credit forms non-for profits and can help you. She does credit repair, taxes, forms non-for profit, and forms LLCs and Corporations.

Tiny Homes will be the wave of the future. More people are interested in buying tiny homes. Financing is a problem. Most lenders don’t want to lend lower than $150,000 loan amount.
