I am interested in selling my house and buying a home in the northwest suburbs with a larger lot and potential to add on. My brothers and I own a construction business and have a lot of experience with doing fix and flips, gut rehab, new construction homes for customers, developers, builders, and ourselves. We have used many real estate agents and sometimes I think they do a good job and is worth the money while other times I think they are completely worthless and I am wasting my 6%. I need a list of questions where I can vett out hard working experienced real estate agents to list my properties and to buy my house.
