Terms of Service and Conditions of Great Content Authority (GCA) Forums

Thank you for choosing to sign up for GCA Forums. (Great Content Authority platforms) These Terms of Service (Terms”) govern your access and use of GCA Forums, which are referred to as “Platforms.” Using the platform, you accept the Terms and conditions outlined in the Terms. Do not use the platform if you do not wish to be bound by these Terms.

Terms and Conditions for Great Content Authority (GCA) Forums & Sub-Forums

The Consulting Agreement includes legal languages between Great Content Authority Forums’ users (Herein after GCA, ‘we,’ ‘us,’ ‘our,’ ‘…’ ) and you(‘User’). The Terms and Conditions transcribed herein are “Terms” and the use of “GCA Forum’’ Spaces, GPATS GP@Holdings, which consist of online Content and social media (the “Platform”). You must comply with these rules and regulations to use this system. If not, you are not entitled to use the platform of any kind.

User Eligibility

• Minimum Age: Users under the age of thirteen (13) are prohibited from using the Platform, and users aged between thirteen and thirteen and below eighteen(18) must have the consent of a parent or a guardian to use the Forum Spaces.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for using the Platform by the applicable laws and regulations.
• Account Suspension or Termination: Notwithstanding the preceding, the User’s Account will be suspended or terminated if the User is found to be unauthorized or ineligible, as stated in Clause

To ensure compliance with AML and other applicable regulatory acts, we have limited potential activities for Users.

Registration Requirements

• Amount Required: Users intending to use the platform must provide accurate and reasonably current information along with a valid email address to create an Account to participate in the Platform.

• Account Security: You must keep your account credentials secret. Contact us at support@gcaforums.com as soon as you suspect unauthorized access has been made to your account.
• Multiple Accounts: Users who have yet to be given permission may not open or operate additional accounts. Failure to adhere to this rule may suspend all associated accounts.
• Account Termination by User: You can ask us to terminate your account anytime by emailing support@gcaforums.com. Some of your posts or other contributions may remain on the Platform when the account is terminated. Still, your user name and other account information may be deleted or made anonymous.

User Conduct

By Using The Platform, You Agree To The Following:

Prohibited Activities:

• Do not upload or share any content against the law/violent, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Do not use hate or make threats against a particular group or person, or harass them or abuse them.
• Do not pose as another person, organization, or any other entity.
• Do not post unsolicited spam or ads for services or requests unless GCA administrators permit them.
• Do not upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious software.

Philosophy or Respect for Community Standards

• Do not insult other users, regardless of their past or future opinions or situations.
• Observe the rules of particular forums made known in various sub-forums and discussion threads.

How to Report a Breach of the Terms of Service: If you see a breach of these Terms, you can use the reporting options available on the Platform to report such an incident, or you may contact us.

Violation of the Terms of Service: Any violations of the present Terms may result in warnings, suspensions of the account for a fixed period, or even permanently banning such accounts. Any enforcement decisions are final and are at the discretion of GCA moderators and administrators.

Content Ownership and Rights

• User-Submitted Content: Any content (“User Content”) you post or upload to the Platform shall remain your property.
• We maintain a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, or distribute said Content to operate, promote, or improve the Platform of GCA for all Member’s Content posted on the Platform.
• Copyrighted Content: Unless you are authorized, do not upload any copyrighted content, nor do it if the Content is fair use.

Elements of the Platform

All Content, including designs, logos, software, and user interface elements that appear on the Platform, is owned by GCA or its licensors and benefits from intellectual property protection. Content available on the Platform cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without specific authorization.

Moderation Policy

• Moderators’ Scope of Work: Moderators are users of this forum or GCA employees who assist in enforcing these Terms of Services. They are entitled to:
• Alter, move, or delete comments and posts that violate the Terms and rules in use by relevant subforums.
• Provide a warning, enforce a time-out, or permanently limit access to the forum or the services for those individuals.

Terma of Service: Appeals Process

Moderation policies may be appealed by emailing the address support@gcaforums.com within 7 days of action. GCA Forums managers will assess affected users during the moderation process.

Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We may collect data including but not limited to email addresses, IP addresses, and other use-related data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Data Protection: Personal Data Protection measures are implemented to prevent loss, theft, or unwanted disclosure of your data. However, all data systems have weaknesses and cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
• Information Disclosure: As stated in our privacy policy, only users who consent to sell or share their personal information with third parties will be forced by law to do so, and none shall do so for any warranted purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• No Warranty: The Platform is offered “where is,” and thus, it makes no real or implied warranties.
• Platform Availability: We cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be entirely free of bugs, secure, and available without maintaining a constant stream of internet connectivity.
• Limitation of Liability: GCA’s liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by the client while using the Platform is, to the maximum extent, not permitted by law and is currently limited.

Indemnification

Considering GCA entering into this agreement, you agree to indemnify GCA from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from it.

• Use of the Platform by you.
• Breach of these Terms by you.
• Any laws and regulations by you.

Termination of Service

• By GCA Forums: Any violation of these Terms or inactivity will give GCA the right to suspend or completely stop your access to the Platform at GCA’s discretion.
• Effect of Termination: Once the suspension terminates, the right granted to you will no longer be valid. The permissions obtained under this Agreement will be canceled.

Changes to the Terms of Service

• GCA Forums may change these Terms at any time. Users will be emailed about major changes, or such information will be available on the Platform.
• Great Content Authority Forums continues to use the Services after any changes. It does so about the amended Terms.

• Code of Conduct: Our goal for GCA Forums is to be a respectful and productive community t; therefore, all users are required to abide by the Code of Conduct specified below:

General Behavior

• Respect other participants irrespective of their opinions, backgrounds, or beliefs that they hold.
• Keep debates sane –. Discussing and calling them constructive criticism is better than making them personal and using offensive language.
• Do not intentionally troll, bait, or engage to disrupt or derail discussions.

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment: It is unacceptable to bully, stalk, or harass other users.
• Hate Speech: Insulting or abusive Content against any race, ethnicity, religion, or gender or encouragement to violence against any of these is unacceptable.
• Plagiarism: You must not submit material that violates intellectual property and add other people’s works and ideas as if they belong to you.
• NSFW Content: Content that is overly explicit, sexually suggestive, or violent is not allowed unless it is allowed in a thread that is marked and is meant for mature Content and discussions.
• Consequences: Breach of the Code of Conduct may result in a warning, removal of Content, suspension, or a permanent ban by GCA moderators or administrators of the forums.

Subforum general rules

There may be additional rules to a specific subforum according to the specific audience the particular subforum is meant for, and these rules shall also be posted in the sticky posts or announcements made in that specific subforum. By interacting in a subforum, the consensus is that you will follow the particular rules of that subforum in addition to the general Terms.

Examples of Subforum Rules

Debate Forums: Civil disagreement is normal, but insults and going off-topic are prohibited.

Marketplace Subforum: Sale, Trade, Auction, Advertisements, etc., should abide by the institution’s set marketplace regulations and describe the condition and pricing of the goods.

Technical Support Subforum: Detailed explanations of the issues must be provided to get help, and the duplication of threads will not be encouraged.

If the prescribed conditions of the subforum rules are not adhered to, content may be deleted or removed from the particular category chosen.

User Generated Content Disclaimer

Any user-relevant views or opinions in the GCA Forums are not the official position of the GCA, as it has user-generated Content.

No Endorsement

THE GCA Forums DOES NOT ATTEST OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT WITHIN THE PLATFORM.

Management’s actions regarding a statement or artifact do not endorse a particular viewpoint.

Rights Retained by Users

Users may not post any content on which the Organization holds a policy, such as copyrighted material, trademarks, or other forms of writing and artistic works infringed by other Content.

• Please include A description of the copyrighted material and the allegedly infringing Content. -A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

Advertisement and Sponsorship Policy Great Content Authority Forums may contain advertisements or sponsored Content. GCA Forums users who interact with these materials agree that GCA Forums does not bear any responsibility regarding the accuracy or reliability of advertisements placed by third parties. Sponsored posts will be clearly labeled to distinguish them from the user content. 19. Dispute Resolution.

• Informal Resolution: Users accept that they will make an informal resolution of those disputes by contacting GCA Forums support at support@gcaforums.com.

Arbitration Clause: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or concerning these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the United States according to the procedures outlined in the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Users abandon the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Community Awards and Recognition

Awards, badges, and other types of user recognition may be provided at the discretion of GCA for user contributions. These awards:

• It can be taken away if the user breaks any of the Terms.

Volunteer Moderators

To regulate and manage the GCA Forums, some moderators volunteer to serve. Moderators:

• Act on behalf of GCA Forums to enforce these Terms.
• Are not employees or agents of Great Content Authority Forums and serve as volunteers.
• You may also modify, remove, or delete any threads that go against the forum policies.

Monetization Policies

Additionally, GCA Forums may facilitate paid content subscriptions, revenue-sharing programs, and the monetization of user-created content.

Subscriptions and Access to Premium Features

• Certain platform functionalities may be restricted to users with a subscription. These functionalities are referred to as “Premium Features.”
• If the user does not cancel the subscription before the renewal date, it will automatically renew. The terms for the renewal are specified during the subscription purchase.
• Refunds on the unutilized subscriptions will only be processed at the discretion of GCA Forums or its affiliates and according to the policies laid down.

Revenue Sharing

• If you intend to partake in the GCA revenue-sharing program, you must follow the program’s rules. These will be sent to you at a later date.
• Earnings are allocated about performance metrics set initially, such as impressions, views, or engagement. GCA  Forums reserves the right to amend these metrics upon advance notice.

Terms of Service: User User-created content Monetization

• Users can post content such as affiliate links or sponsored posts but only in the given sections of the Platform or after obtaining authorization from GCA Forums administrators.
• Content that has been monetised should be used in conjunction with the advertising regulation of the country in which it will be used, such as making clear that the Content has been sponsored or endorsed.

Practices Not Permitted For Monetization

Users are not permitted to:

• Fraudulently click on ads, create bot traffic, or use misleading methods to boost advertisement monetization metrics.
• Advertise “illegal” goods or services, including illegal drugs or weapons, goods which are imitations of real branded items.

API Usage

In case GCA Forums provides an API (Application Programming Interface) for the developers or users, then the terms specified here shall apply:

Terms of Service: License

GCA Forums has granted you a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable license to utilize the API only for integrating or performing enhancement of the Platform in a manner that allows it.

API Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Scrape data or engage in other unauthorized data harvesting using the API.
• Construct applications that undermine the performance, safety, and security of the Platform.
• Please do not sell or give the API or its data without GCA Forums approval.

Third-Party Payment Providers

• Certain services, including any Premium Features, may be paid through a third party. In this respect, you accept the ample terms and conditions.
• However, GCA Forums is not liable for PayPal/PagSeguro and other ththird-partyrrors and disputes.

Any content comprising advertisements, promotional content, and services synthesis from third-party links and integrations GCA Forums has no words of responsibility for. Use those at your discretion.
