I’ve come to the conclusion that marriage or the Covenant of marriage is under attack. It seems that more than ever before husbands and or wives are giving up instead of fighting for the marriage. This is a serious issue in our current culture.

Why is it that people are giving up in this modern day culture? Why are people failing to see the value of fighting for marriage?

Deception! We are fighting a fight with God’s enemy. Satan is hell bent on destroying the Covenant relationship. The Covenant of marriage is a beautiful thing and in its proper place and order in proper alignment with the Covenant we have with God the Father through Jesus Christ’s incredible gift on calvary, we can find the beauty of what God intended for us.

Love is being willing to lay down one’s life for someone else. In a marriage we are going to find that our mate isn’t always doing things we like and certainly aren’t always easy to love. It’s not the actions we need to love. If we base our decisions to love based on what they do instead of loving them because we decide it’s the right thing to do we will always be on a roller coaster ride that feels like it will never end.

The apostle Paul tells us in the first letter the the church of Corinth in chapter 13 verses 4 to 8 love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; its not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it’s not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing., but it rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things; believes all things hopes all things; endures all things. Love never ends.

Imagine this being you he’s describing. Speak this with your name in each line. Now do the same for your spouse. Do you see how powerful this is? This is what we are called to do. We are called to do this for our spouse and others.

If you find yourself contemplating your future with your spouse, stop and consider what did Jesus do for you and me? He gave everything on the cross on Golgotha. He said in his dying breath Father forgive them for they know not what they do. We are called to lay down our rock like he convinced the men looking to stone the woman found in sexual sin. He wants us to lay down our Grievances toward one another and leave our incredible baggage at the cross for him to carry. Then pickup our cross realizing that it’s gonna hurt and follow him.

Oh, that’s not a popular statement is it? Everyone wants to believe when you come to Jesus it’s going to be rainbows and unicorns, but that’s never promised to us. We are promised that we will see trouble and we will have sorrow but that joy comes in the morning. We are promised that if we follow him we can have peace that passes all understanding.

So what are you waiting for? Focus on staying healthy in your relationship but if you’ve messed up and everyone does. Forgive and help your spouse find their way back to repentance and restoration with Christ Jesus. This is the message of the Gospel. I’m so glad to know and be able to walk in this and I hope this helps someone stay and stand for their marriage just like me. It’s worth it to fight. God’s already won. I know…

I am looking at buying a RVPark- that is currently cashflowing at a 7.5cap – I am looking at changing the model a bit and infusing capital plan to add capsule airbnbs and boat storage (20) frames are already built. Once shots were fired, Secret Service Agents swarmed the podium for cover of Former President Donald Trump. Utah requires 15 NMLS hours to get a mortgage loan originator license. This extra 15 hours of NMLS CE is a one-time deal besides the 20-hour NMLS CE course required for loan officers. If you want to be a manager because you have a branch office or a mortgage company, you need to take an additional 40 hours of NMLS CE course and take a state Principal Lending Manager (PLM) four-hour PLM exam. The exam is for the state of Utah DRE/DFI and is over 200 questions. The issue is getting study materials with practice exams for the Utah Principal Lending Manager license is very difficult. I had to take the 40-hour UTAH PLM course two times because the class is only good for one year. I failed the Utah Principal Lending Manager license twice and I am scheduled to take the third time on Monday July 24th, 2023. I will keep you all posted.

You do not need perfect credit or high credit scores to qualify for a mortgage loan. Every loan program require a minimum credit score. Besides HUD, VA, USDA, FANNIE MAE, FREDDIE MAC, or non-QM portfolio lenders requiring a minimum credit score, each lender can impose lender overlays on credit scores. Lender overlays are additional credit score requirements above and beyond the minimum agency mortgage guidelines imposed by each individual mortgage lender. Regardless of the minimum credit scores required, all lenders will normally want to see timely payment history in the past 12 months. Regardless of the prior bad credit you have, having timely payment on all of your monthly debt payments that report on the three credit reports is crucial. Do not worry about prior collections, charge-off accounts, late payments, or other derogatory credit tradelines unless you are going though a manual underwrite on FHA loans. HUD manual underwriting guidelines require timely payments in the past 24 months. VA manual underwriting guidelines require timely payments in the past 12 months. In many instances when you get an approve/eligible per automated underwriting system but late payments in the past 24 months, the lender may down grade your file to a manual underwrite. The best solution for you to increase your credit scores and strenghen your credit profile with recent late payments is adding positive credit with new credit. Please read this guide on how to boost your credit to get approved for a mortgage: Capital One Secured Credit Card will get you a $250 secured credit card with a $50 deposit. Self.Inc is a bank that has a phenomenal credit rebuilder program where you can make a monthly deposit as small as $25.00 per month. That monthly deposit goes towards a savings account but it reports as an installment loan to all three credit bureaus. Get a Discover secured card. Secured credit cards are the same as unsecured traditional credit card. The only difference is you need to put a deposit. The amount of deposit is the amount of credit you get by the credit card company. You need to make timely minimum monthly payments on your secured credit cards. Just start with these three creditors and you will see wonders in the weeks and months ahead. I will cover some quick fixes for you to increase your credit scores fast and at the end of this topic thread, I will list helpful resources on boosting your credit to qualify for a mortgage, how to reach a human at the credit bureaus, and how to rebuild your credit:

As time pass and you make timely payments, your secured credit card company will increase your credit limit without asking your to put additional deposit. If you can get more secured credit cards, it will expedite your credit rebuilding process. However, you should at least start with the above three creditors.

Improving your credit scores and rebuilding credit can be crucial when seeking mortgage approval. Here are some effective strategies to consider:

Review your credit reports: Obtain copies of your credit reports from the three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Identify and dispute any errors or inaccuracies that may be negatively impacting your credit scores.

Pay bills on time: Payment history is the most significant factor affecting your credit scores. Make sure to pay all your bills (credit cards, loans, utilities, etc.) on time, every time. Set up automatic payments or payment reminders if necessary.
