Welcome to the Non-QM loans Sub-FORUM of Gustan Cho Associates. Non-QM loans are back. No-doc mortgages are back. Stated-income loans have reincarnated my friends. Never in many’s wildest dreams did they ever think no-income verification mortgages would ever resurface after the 2008 financial crisis and real estate meltdown. In the Sub-FORUM Non-QM loans,  we will discuss consumers’ various Non-QM mortgage loan options. Non-QM Loans are alternative mortgage loan programs that use non-traditional income sources such as bank statements, P and L, or other means.
