EPM Empowered DPA Program is an FHA loan program that has a 3.5% down payment assistance and is forgiveable after six months. You do not have to pay it back.

Aldiva, can you please explain how your strategy on getting late payments removed is? What type of things are you looking for. Removing little dink late payments are deal killers for many borrowers and many credit card companies will not budge. @Ali

You do not need to pay charge offs to qualify for government and conventional loans. You just cannot have disputes on FHA loans and government loans.
