If you want to see a company with great growth, opportunity, security, transparency, trust, and stability, look at the CEO. A strong leader means the employees trusts, respects, and can take what the CEO says to the bank. Anyone can pretend to be a strong leader. Anyone can be two faced and tell you what you want to hear but not mean what they say. Most CEOs are imitation CEOs. They expect and demand respect because they are the Chief Executive Officer. A great CEO shows consistency. A great CEO realizes once words are spoken you can’t take it back. A great CEO is a great listener and sees situations objectively and treats every employee like a person. A great CEO does not demand respect or thinks they are superior to others. A great CEO leads by example. A great CEO does what he says and says what he does. A great CEO is humble and admits his mistakes and shares it with his employees so they learn from it
A GREAT CEO realizes that respect, faith and trust cannot be bought, bribes or demanded but rather needs to be earned. A great CEO knows you cannot take being trusted and respected for granted. It takes months even years to earn your respect as as great CEO but trust and respect can be broken like breaking glass. O ce trust, faith, and respect is broken, it’s gone. A great CEO knows once you breach the trust of your employees and associates, things will never be the same. A great CEO and hands down the best of the best CEO is Chief Executive Officer Michael Kortas. I have the greatest honor and privilege to be working for this great legend CEO Mike Kortas. If it’s too good to be true it normally is, right? If a company grows at record historic pace, it normally collapses, right? CORRECT under one exception. You are under the leadership of a great CEO. I can proudly say that cone February 24th, I am going on two years strong at NEXA Mortgage under the leadership of a GREAT CEO. CEO Kortas has never ever not honored his word once CEO MIKE says YES, that YES is as good as GOLD and SILVER. YOU CAN BANK on it. Getting him to say YES can be challenging but he is a leader of believing in his people. This great leader has won my trust, faith, respect from me, my wife, my family, our loan officers, our Operations and Support Staff, and our third party vendors and independent contractors. There are no words of appreciation me and my team are grateful for our fierce leader and the keys and tools he gives us to succeed. CEO KORTAS has not once asked me what to do, how to do it, or when to do it I gave never met a leader who I respect where I respect them more as time pass. I am always on guard that me or any member of our team under my management never disappoint CEO MIKE KORTAS. We are blessed and honored to have a great leader who have grown to trust, respect like, and most importantly LOVE. LOVE ❤️ is a strong word, and YES, CEO Mike Kortas, we love you and you are our ROCK. GOD BLESS

AdministratorFebruary 22, 2024 at 12:55 am in reply to: How Manufactured Homes Are Built by Solitaire HomesManufactured homes, also known as mobile homes or modular homes, are constructed in factories using a systematic process. Here’s a general overview of how manufactured homes are built:
Design and Planning: The process begins with designing the home according to specific floor plans and customization options chosen by the buyer. Designers use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans.
Materials Procurement: Once the design is finalized, materials are sourced. These materials include lumber, insulation, roofing materials, siding, windows, doors, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and more. Manufacturers often buy materials in bulk to save costs.
Foundation: Depending on the type of manufactured home (single-wide or double-wide), the factory floor is prepared with a steel chassis or frame to serve as the foundation. For double-wide homes, the two sections are constructed separately and then joined together later.
Frame Assembly: The frame, typically made of steel, is assembled according to the floor plan. This includes welding the frame, attaching cross members, and reinforcing the structure to ensure structural integrity during transportation and installation.
Flooring and Walls: Subflooring is installed onto the frame, followed by the erection of interior and exterior walls. Insulation is added between the walls for energy efficiency and climate control.
Roofing: The roof structure is built and installed on top of the walls. This includes adding roofing materials such as shingles or metal panels.
Utilities Installation: Plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems are installed within the walls and under the floors. This includes fixtures, outlets, switches, and heating/cooling units.
Interior Finishing: Once the basic structure is in place, interior finishing work begins. This includes installing drywall, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and other fixtures according to the chosen design options.
Quality Control: Throughout the manufacturing process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the home meets safety and construction standards. Inspections are carried out at various stages of production.
Transportation: Once the home is complete, it is transported to its final destination. Single-wide homes are typically transported in one piece, while double-wide homes are transported in two sections and then joined together on-site.
Installation: Upon arrival at the installation site, the home is placed on a prepared foundation, leveled, and secured. Utilities are connected, and any finishing touches are completed.
Overall, the manufacturing process for a mobile home involves careful planning, precise construction techniques, and quality control measures to create a finished product that meets the buyer’s specifications and regulatory standards.

I used to know many exotic car collectors who used to collect art and had paintings worth tens of thousands of dollars if not millions. An art appraiser evaluates the value of artworks. Their primary responsibility is to assess the authenticity, quality, condition, and market demand of a piece of art in order to determine its monetary worth. Art appraisers often work with various types of art, including paintings, sculptures, prints, and other forms of visual art.
The process typically involves extensive research, examination, and analysis of the artwork, as well as consideration of factors such as the artist’s reputation, historical significance, provenance (the history of ownership), and current market trends. Appraisers may also take into account the cultural or artistic significance of the piece.
Art appraisers provide their clients with formal appraisal reports that document their findings and conclusions regarding the value of the artwork. These reports are often used for various purposes, including insurance coverage, estate planning, buying and selling decisions, charitable donations, and legal matters.
In addition to their expertise in art history and valuation principles, art appraisers may also have specialized knowledge in specific artistic movements, periods, or mediums. Many appraisers belong to professional organizations, such as the International Society of Appraisers or the American Society of Appraisers, and adhere to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by these organizations.

AdministratorFebruary 21, 2024 at 4:54 am in reply to: How Long Do German Shepherd Dogs Live@James Your dog looks like a Belgian Malinois which is a high end German Shepherd used by the military and police agencies throughout the world.
The Belgian Malinois is a breed of working dog that is often associated with police and military work due to its intelligence, athleticism, and high energy levels. Here are some key points about the Belgian Malinois:
Origins: The Belgian Malinois is one of four Belgian shepherd breeds, along with the Belgian Tervuren, Belgian Sheepdog (Groenendael), and the Belgian Laekenois. It originated in the Belgian city of Malines, hence the name “Malinois”.
Appearance: Belgian Malinois are medium-sized dogs with a square proportioned body. They have a short, straight coat that is typically fawn to mahogany in color with black markings.
Temperament: These dogs are known for their high drive and intelligence. They are loyal, obedient, and eager to work, making them excellent choices for various roles such as police work, search and rescue, detection, and as service dogs. However, their high energy levels and need for mental stimulation mean they are not suited to all households.
Training: Belgian Malinois are highly trainable and excel in obedience training and agility sports. Early socialization and consistent, positive training methods are essential for this breed.
Exercise Needs: Due to their high energy levels, Belgian Malinois require plenty of physical exercise and mental stimulation to prevent boredom and destructive behavior. They thrive in environments where they have a job to do or regular activities to engage in.
Health: Generally, Belgian Malinois are a healthy breed, but like all dogs, they are prone to certain health issues such as hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, and progressive retinal atrophy. Responsible breeders will screen their breeding dogs for these and other genetic conditions.
Lifespan: Belgian Malinois typically live between 12 to 14 years with proper care and nutrition.
Overall, Belgian Malinois are highly capable and versatile working dogs that thrive in environments where they can fulfill their need for mental and physical stimulation. However, they require dedicated training, socialization, and exercise to be happy and well-adjusted companions. Belgian Malinois is leaner and more agile than the German Shepherd and live longer and cost much more than the German Shepherd dog.
