Pandora, every down payment assistance program are city, county, or state specific. We are a national mortgage company licensed in 48 states including Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We are pending in Massachusetts, and New York and should be licensed in the next several months or early next year. I will do some research on Georgia Dream. NEXA Mortgage and AXEN Mortgage have over 210 wholesale lending partnerships with investors from government, conventional, non-QM, business, consumer, and commercial loans. If we are not in partnership with a specific wholesale investor or down payment assistance program, we will do our best to become a broker, affiliate, or correspondent lender with the specific program.
