We need to go for round eight. Questions that keep on coming up that I am clueless about are fines. How much are fines per violation, maximum fines, and second-offender fines? There are three offenses under the PLM, and how much does the PLM have to pay if the PLM screwed up, the loan officer screwed up, and the loan officer the PLM was supervising screwed up—also, stupid ARM questions and APOR questions. After the exam, they give you two sheets of paper. The second paper says its the state test and says I passed.

Who are they? Are there second mortgage lenders that can do a second mortgage on 80 acres? All the non-qm lenders I spoke with does absolutely nothing to do with more than 10 acres.

I know. Sounds too good to be true, but it is true. I thought I was a commercial loan guru.

I am looking forward to kicking ass on the commercial loan side of the business. Commercial loans, business loans, residential loans, credit cards, business loans, equipment financing, car financing, RV financing, boat loans. home loans over five million, SBA loans, church financing, and joint venture loans.

Really? I have a 43 ft Tiffin Zephyr with a Cummings Diesel engine and only 50,000 miles. It has been sitting for 10 years, and want to start using it again. I was thinking of trading it in, but it is crazy how much it depreciated over 10 years. I bought this 2001 motorhome for $200,000, and it’s now worth $60,000 if I am lucky. So, do I renovate the one I got now and add three more slides with the existing one since I will renovate the interior or take my loss and buy a different newer motorhome for $250,000 plus and lose my ass off after several years. Motorhomes are very expensive but depreciate like boats. Waste of money. Plus most lenders do not finance any motorhome older than ten years.
