Danny, I spoke with Jeff Russell, the wholesale account representative, and learned a lot. Definitely sounds too good to be true but it is not a bait and switch nor a scam. There are many little moving parts to this and I am sure it can be simplified. I want to ask Jeff Russell if he can run some case scenarios to make our viewers, borrowers, and loan officers better comprehend and weigh in on the net tangible benefits for our clients.
