Yes this is exactly what I need. This is wonderful information, just having a back up plan. As I prepare for 3.50% .
But our home insurance quotes have sky rocketed. This property has non homestead property taxes. So that makes monthly payment higher , first year. So I was looking for a plus in the event . Issue arises not that I expect.
Alabama is an arrear state also.

We do have an amazing team. I was on phone today, with a friend that is an LO. I called her because I was questioning my sanity about a new FHA guideline. We got to talking, she was not having a good day. So I hit her up, and went into why she should come.
She said I can hear it is your voice, you really do believe in them . I tried to explain it is so different, others want to help.
