How does a complete moron with a single digit IQ like Gavin Newsom get elected to become governor of the state of California. Gavin Newsom is the dumbest POS brainless dumfuck I know in this World. Maybe second dumbest idiot next to Kamala Harris. I don’t know, about that

They are a pretty close tie as being the world’s dumbest morons. Who is this Gavin Newsom idiot? His name sounds familiar. Isn’t this dumb dumbest the shameless piece of shit that got recalled as California Governor not too long ago? Isn’t this Gavin Newscum the one who issues a stay at home order and is caught wining and dining at a high-end restaurant? Isn’t this Gavin Newsom the idiot who turned California’s economy upside down by increasing the minimum wage to $20 per hour for restaurant workers and it backfired on him? isn’t this Gavin Newsom the genius that bankrupted tens of thousands of businesses by extending the stay at home order by keeping California shut down due to the coronavirus hoax. God Screw Gavin Newscum Newsom.

Illinois to raise taxes in July 1st. Again more taxes in Illinois and cause is mainly due to mismanagement. It’s way overdue for JB Pritzker to pack up and leave the governor mansion. The people of Illinois should have booted the 5’5″ 500 pounder incompetent governor out of office by now.

Illinois is in trouble. JB Pritzker is pushing away businesses to other states due to tax increases. Main reason for budget shortfall is due to shortage of pension of government workers. Businesses and companies are moving to Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin and other low taxed states.

Joe Biden continues to lie that he did positive things for America. Not true, says Senator John Kennedy (R-LA). ALL AMERICANS AGREE.

Outrage in the Joe Biden Administration. Biden Secretary of Defense Loyd Austin takes three days off without telling anyone. This is the second time Loyd Austin pulled a stunt like this within 18 months. Incompetency runs rampant in the Joe Biden Administration and is getting out of control.

May 13, 2024 at 12:27 am in reply to: Mortgage Pre-Approval

What does a pre-approval from a loan officer mean? Are all pre-approval created equally? Do all pre-approval show strength? Getting pre-approved for a mortgage loan is a crucial step that can make your home-buying process smoother and more efficient. It helps you understand your borrowing capacity and strengthens your position as a buyer. Getting pre-approved for a mortgage loan is an important step in the home-buying process. It involves a lender evaluating your financial situation to determine how much they are willing to lend you for a home purchase. Here’s what it means and why it’s important:

    What Does Pre-Approval Involve?

    1. Financial Documentation: You will need to provide the lender with various financial documents, such as:

      • Proof of income (pay stubs, tax returns, W-2s).
      • Proof of assets (bank statements, investment account statements).
      • Proof of employment.
      • Identification (such as a driver’s license or passport).
      • Credit history.
    2. Credit Check: The lender will perform a credit check to assess your credit score and credit history. This helps them evaluate your ability to repay the loan.

    3. Debt-to-Income Ratio (DTI): The lender will calculate your debt-to-income ratio, which is the percentage of your monthly income that goes towards paying debts. A lower DTI ratio is preferable as it indicates better financial health.

    4. Loan Amount and Terms: Based on the information provided, the lender will determine the maximum loan amount you qualify for and may outline the terms of the loan, including interest rates and repayment periods.

    Benefits of Pre-Approval

    1. Budget Clarity: Pre-approval gives you a clear understanding of how much house you can afford, helping you set a realistic budget for your home search.

    2. Credibility with Sellers: A pre-approval letter shows sellers that you are a serious buyer with the financial backing to complete the purchase. This can give you an edge in competitive markets.

    3. Faster Closing Process: Since much of the financial vetting is done upfront, the pre-approval process can speed up the closing once you have made an offer on a home.

    4. Rate Locks: Some lenders offer rate locks upon pre-approval, protecting you from interest rate increases while you search for a home.

    Difference Between Pre-Approval and Pre-Qualification

    • Pre-Qualification: This is a less formal process that gives you an estimate of how much you might be able to borrow based on self-reported financial information. It does not involve a credit check or detailed financial documentation.
    • Pre-Approval: This is a more rigorous process that involves a thorough evaluation of your financial status and creditworthiness, resulting in a specific loan amount that the lender is willing to offer.
