California represented years ago freedom, open spaces and absolute beauty. I spent 24 years there and it by far the prettiest state. Its a state where you can ski in the morning and sun bath at a beach five hours later. The mountains and the beaches are breathtaking. I moved there when it was affordable. I lived in Sausalito, Sonoma and Tahoe, I would never trade that experience for anything. Politics and greed have destroyed the state. My kids live there and love it, I would never move back. Everything that is available has a price ticket, they tax the car, the gas. Now they want to add a $.30 tax per mile travelled on gasoline, because the electric cars are not using gas. If you compute to work 100 miles add $30 to your trip. I pray the state will turn around and stop raping everyone with greed.
