I am the founder and lead developer of SmartMortgageCalc.space, a free, 100% client-side mortgage calculator designed to protect user privacy.

 

Frustrated by traditional financial tools that require email sign-ups and track personal data, I built a platform that allows homebuyers to calculate their true monthly costs (PITI, PMI, taxes, and maintenance) securely in their own browser.

 

My goal is to simplify complex mortgage math and help buyers avoid the “House Poor” trap. I’m always open to discussing real estate trends, mortgage rates, and web development.
