Thousands of Loan Officers and Real Estate agents are leaving the Mortgage and housing industries. Every professional in the housing industry is going through a hard time including Loan Officers, Realtors, Auto Salesman, Attorneys, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, and third party professionals. Banks, credit unions, and other creditors are not extending credit to commissioned mortgage and real estate professionals due to volatile mortgage markets. The 10 year treasuries keep on skyrocketing without any signs of correction. Mortgage Rates on government loans are 7.5% for 730 credit score borrowers and conventional loans have Rates over 8% for 700 plus credit score borrowers. With surging inflation and out of control mortgage rates many homebuyers are priced out of the housing market. Thousands of Loan Officers and Realtors including owners of mortgage companies and real estate brokers are leaving the business or closing their doors. What business is the best business to get into if you were to leave the mortgage industry or real estate industry for those who have been in the industry for years or decades?

I’m looking for a business model (investing in real estate in Chicago area). I would like to find a way to buy condos in a place where I will pay less for them and rent for more. It would be good to find a map with Property Price -> Renting Price relationships. During his 2005 commencement speech at Stanford University, Steve Jobs talked about three personal anecdotes that illustrated some important points for the graduating class. These stories represent the things he wanted to work together on:
- Connecting the dots
Key points:
Dropping out of college – six months after starting at Reed College, Jobs dropped out but continued to hang around campus and take classes that interested him.
Calligraphy class – although it seemed impractical at the time, taking a calligraphy class was integral in designing typography on the Macintosh computer.
Trusting your path – you can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. Trusting that your future dots will connect down the line is what gives you hope even when it doesn’t make sense now.
Lesson: Have faith in yourself by following your curiosity, even if it seems irrelevant at present.
- Love & loss
Key points:
Founding/firing from Apple – Starting Apple in his parents’ garage and getting fired from a company he built up were mentioned by Jobs.
Finding new passion(s) – Following those events, he found other projects (NeXT, Pixar) which eventually brought him back to Apple.
Importance of loving what you do – He said people should seek out what they love because work will consume most of their lives; and you can only be satisfied if you do great work believed in.
Lesson: Continue striving for success despite failure setbacks as this may open bigger doors later on.

Key points:
Facing mortality – Being diagnosed with an uncommon form of pancreatic cancer made death more real for him than ever before, according to Job’s speech.
Living purposefully – Realizing life is short and not wanting to waste any more time living someone else’s dream or being confined by other people’s thinking after such an experience changed everything for him personally;
“Stay hungry. Stay foolish.” Afterward he concluded with this advice from the back cover of the final issue of The Whole Earth Catalog, which urged people to never stop being curious and settling down in their lives.
Lesson: Recognize life’s impermanence so you can focus on what really counts – continual growth and learning.

What happened last week that mortgage rates are plummeting. The 30-Year Treasuries dropped to 3.8% which tanked mortgage rates on government loans from 7.0 to 6.0%. 30-year U.S Treasuries were as high as near 5.0% just a few weeks ago. Gold increased to over 2,500 per ounce which is a historic high. Silver did not follow gold prices because banks were short selling Silver like crazy because banks and the Globalists have a huge short position and are afraid of getting margin calls on their Silver short positions. What economic numbers came out that caused the financial markets upside down? Will mortgage rates continue to plummet? Will it be beneficial to refinance now? How about doing Streamline Refinance on FHA and VA Loans? If I do an FHA or VA Streamline Refinance loan, can I do another FHA Streamline or VA Streamline Refinance loan if mortgage rates drop again? What are rates on conventional loans?

Shots were fired at former President Donald Trump campaign rally this afternoon grazing the former President by his ear breaking his skin to make him bleed. There are no details about the shooter and how many people were involved. We have no news whether the gunman is caught or still at large. Once shots were fired, Secret Service Agents swarmed the podium for cover of Former President Donald Trump. Trump was whisked away by a team of Secret Service Agents into a black SUV for safety and medical assistance. Trump gave a fists up to relay he was alright to his supporters. From the look of things, former President Donald Trump seems not injured except for a graze by his ear but was bleeding. I went to the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago Illinois to study metallurgical engineering which was borderline the Robert Taylor Housing Projects a gigantic subsidized Housing Project in Chicago’s most dangerous section, the near South Side by Comisky White Socks Baseball Park and near Chicago’s China Town. The Robert Taylor Homes was a notable Chicago public housing project. Here are some important facts about the development:
Location: It was in Bronzeville, a neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago.
Size and Scale: At its height, it was the biggest public housing development in the United States.
Construction: The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) built it between 1959 and 1962 as part of an urban renewal program.
It is named after Robert Rochon Taylor who was an African American activist and also served as the first Black chairman of CHA.
Structure: The complex had 28 high-rise buildings, each one being 16 stories tall and containing 4,415 apartments.
Population: It held up to an estimated 27,000 residents at its peak time.
Demographics: Most inhabitants were African Americans living below poverty line.
Problems: With time this project came to be notorious for extreme levels of poverty, gang activity, crime among other things like these .
Decline: Declining living conditions due to poor maintenance; lack of resources; concentration of poverty .
Demolition : In accordance with Chicago’s Plan for Transformation , demolition started in 1998 and ended up seven years later – in 2007th .
Replacement : Area has been redeveloped with mixed-income houses under Legends South initiative since then till now .
Legacy : Standing as symbols for all that went wrong with high rise public housing projects across America; they also influenced future urban planning strategies entailing construction affordable homes within cities themselves.

Example:
Your home is listed or has a Zestimate for 300k, but the replacement cost of your home insurance policy is 415k.Client A: My home is worth much LESS than that on Zillow.
Your home is listed for 600k, and your home insurance policy has a replacement cost 415k.
Client B: My home is worth much MORE than that on Zillow.
The land that your home sits on and the location of the house plays a huge role in determining the price. Think about acres of farmland with a considerable sized home or living in Downtown Chicago and the price difference per square foot of the owned space. These are both extremes, but they help show how a home can have a different replacement cost versus what it might sell for.
Fun Fact: The replacement cost of your home sometimes varies from the amount it can sell for. We fill out the Replacement Cost Estimator or RCE on the agent’s end. These are all the facts and features of your home, such as square footage, number of stories, garage, finished basement, and bathrooms.
