In this exclusive video report, she’s joined by photojournalist Matthew McDermont, capturing the reality of ICE officers doing the grueling work of “knock and talks.” They’re targeting the “worst of the worst” migrant criminals, many of whom are believed to be part of the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. ICE faces numerous challenges, including a negative public reputation. Kennedy called it an “uphill battle” and compared it to “needles in a haystack,” as there are roughly 11 million undocumented people living in the United States.

MemberFebruary 12, 2025 at 8:30 pm in reply to: GCA FORUMS HEADLINE NEWS FOR Wednesday February 12th 2025New York Attorney General Letitia James has spent years going after Trump and Republicans, but now she’s the one under fire! 🚨
New investigations are raising shocking financial red flags, from questionable luxury campaign spending to mystery mortgages that don’t add up. And with accusations of political bias, weaponized legal action, and even threats against hospitals defying Trump’s executive order, James is facing major heat from Republicans.
Is she guilty of *the same financial maneuvers she accused Trump of?⚖️ Will new U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi take action* against her? When the rabbit gets the gun… it’s a whole different hunt!
Watch now and let us know in the comments—should Letitia James be investigated?
The case against New York Attorney General Letitia James has recently become a centerpiece of political and legal debate, especially about her indictments of former President Donald Trump and other Republicans. Below is a summative analysis:
Discrepancies in Finances and Allegations Against Letitia James
Social Media Allegations: James is accused on social media of using her assets’ purported value, like Trump, to take out mortgages on commercial properties. However, these accusations lack official investigations confirming them.
Investments: There has been concern surrounding her campaign’s extravagant spending, but no details are provided in the case information.
Partisan Politics: Her critics, especially on the Republican side, claim that James has weaponized her position to go after Trump and his aides, which adds a layer of partisanship to her judicial actions.
What’s Up with ‘Weaponization’ Bondi’s Movement
Pam Bondi, the newly appointed U.S. Attorney General, has created a “Weaponization Working Group. ” This group intends to investigate officials she suspects have trivialized legal processes against Trump, including the actions by James and Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.
Possible Steps Against James: Bondi’s formation of this group suggests potential action against what she considers politically driven persecutions. Whether this group leads to divorce investigations or prosecutorial actions against James largely depends on the balance of power in the outcomes of politics and this group.
In The Background Now: The Center Argument of the Assault James Has Taken: Every attack James has made on Trump has, from the very beginning, had the remaining narrative that this is an attack based on her political standing, and that makes it worse. It is now made worse by what Trump claims and the words and actions of Pam Bondi during the first weeks of her tenure.
Social Media Claims About James
Mentioned are supposed threats toward some hospitals for contravening Trump’s executive order. It is more speculative by social media posts and not so much a fact as the moves by James.
Should Letitia James Be Investigated?
Opinions Regarding Investigation:
- James’s possible investigation is controversial regardless of context.
- Opponents of James believe he should be investigated based on allegations of political discrimination.
- Supporters might argue that these are retaliatory moves without substantiation.
Legal Process
- Any investigation into the matter must follow legal procedures supporting claims of James’s misconduct.
- Circumstantial bias makes these claims politically motivated, which adds another layer to the conflict, as it may appear to be retaliation instead of justice.
To sum up, while James has some powerful allegations against him, no formal resolution can be made without proof and the legal environment in which Bondi’s administration functions. Such a scenario illustrates the deeply divided political setting of the country where the rule of law is a subject of power dispute. Whether he will be subjected to formal charges remains to be seen and depends on the evidence available and which course Bondi decides to take regarding her \ “Weaponization Working Group.\”

MemberFebruary 12, 2025 at 8:34 pm in reply to: GCA FORUMS HEADLINE NEWS FOR Wednesday February 12th 2025Multiple different allies of Donald Trump are claiming to be in possession of “receipts” that could prove that New York Attorney General Letitia James has been committing the same crimes that she prosecuted Trump for committing, but none of these people have released anything, so far. If they genuinely had these materials, they would be of great public interest because it could get a corrupt official out of office. Their refusal to go public, however, is likely an indication that they are simply full of it. Multiple allies of Donald Trump claim that they have on them right now. Evidence of criminal wrongdoing by New York Attorney General Letitia James, and both of these Trump allies came out this past weekend and said, oh boy, it looks like she did the same thing she prosecuted Donald Trump for, by inflating her property values in order to get loans. The first Trump ally to make this accusation was none other than Roger Stone who said on social media, which of course was amplified by Trump himself. Quote, A careful examination of New York Attorney General Letitia James financial disclosures shows she inflated the value of her assets in order to get mortgages on various commercial properties, exactly what she falsely accused President Trump of doing.
Now, here’s the thing, A financial disclosure form would actually not show that. See, a financial disclosure form would show what you’re invested in, you know, properties and whatever. It would show also any outstanding mortgages that you have, but it wouldn’t show what you told the bank the property was worth to secure the loan. So, I don’t know exactly what Roger Stone is talking about, because he is, it says right there, like she included in her financial disclosure form that she lied about the value. You, you, A, you can’t tell that from a financial disclosure form. There’s not a little section that says, Hey, list any fraud you’ve committed in the last five. Like, no, you can’t tell that because you don’t have the bank records, bud. But anyway, he’s not the only one. Laura Loomer, of course, decided to jump in on this, and Loomer said that she actually has the receipts. Here’s what lo uh, Loomer said. I have very damaging receipts on the Tisha James much more than what I posted last year, which was shared by potus. Very powerful people would be able to do massive damage with these receipts in their hands. Those powerful people have my number. They should call me. Yeah. Because that is what, um, any journalist would do, right? And Luer, I think, considers herself a journalist. She has a platform. She writes, she posts things like this on her, you know, little writing website. So why do you need somebody else to call you? If you have the receipts, you could publish them, right? I mean, you, you could show us that, Hey, look at these receipts. She’s breaking the law. Let’s do something about it. You don’t need anybody to call you for that. You can literally do it. I mean, if nothing else, you know, to, to give yourself the credit for it. Just post them on Twitter, put ’em on Instagram, Put ’em on Facebook. I mean, there’s a million different things you could do if you have what you say you have, right? Same thing with Roger Stone. Like you’ve looked at her financial disclosure forms. Show us, right? Like you, you didn’t even post the images of it, like what you’re talking about and, and your reasoning and rationale. You just, you set a thing and then you disappeared. Listen, I have no loyalty to Letitia James. Okay? I, I’m, I’m not even in New York. She’s not even my state attorney general. Unfortunately. I’m down here in Florida. I got a much worse one. But if she broke the law, get her outta office, right? I, I’m not so partisan that I’m gonna say, no, she’s a Democrat. Don’t, don’t kick her out if she broke the law. I don’t care. Democrat, Republican, you break the law, get outta office prosecuted. I’m okay with that. But what I’m not okay with is people pretending that they have information and then refusing to share the information, right? Because y’all don’t need a better journalist to call you.

MemberFebruary 12, 2025 at 8:22 pm in reply to: GCA FORUMS HEADLINE NEWS FOR Wednesday February 12th 2025A Tren de Aragua gangbanger who is wanted for murder in Dallas and holed up in an apartment in Houston got the surprise of his life earlier this month when federal agents swarmed him as part of President Trump’s deportation raids across the US. The Post was there with ICE officers as they staked out the alleged killer’s hideout in a crime-ridden neighborhood with a large migrant community. Watch the dramatic scene unfold as officers take the suspect into custody. Federal agents had received a report that the “documented” member of the Venezuelan prison gang was in the area after he was spotted walking his dog. For hours, officers from ICE and a host of other federal agencies waited for the target to show himself again.

MemberFebruary 12, 2025 at 8:15 pm in reply to: GCA FORUMS HEADLINE NEWS FOR Wednesday February 12th 2025Conviction of former Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan. The previous Illinois House Speaker, Michael Madigan, was sentenced on February 12, 2023, for ten counts of bribery, conspiracy, and wire fraud but was found not guilty of seven other charges, including attempted extortion. The jury could not unanimously decide on several other charges against him, including a central racketeering conspiracy charge. His co-defendant, Michael McClain, was similarly found deadlocked for all counts brought against him.
Key Points from the Conviction
Charges Convicted On:
- Madigan was determined guilty of bribery conspiracy with Commonwealth Edison (ComEd).
- Two other counts of bribery are also associated with ComEd.
- Three counts of wire fraud were connected with an effort to obtain a seat on a state board for former Alderman Danny Solis.
- Four counts of using interstate commerce to conduct bribery.
Acquittals:
- He was found not guilty of one bribery charge in the context of the Danny Solis state board plot.
- Two charges of bribery within the ComEd scheme.
- Four charges related to a scheme by a luxury apartment building developer to solicit business from his private law firm.
Deadlocked Counts
The charge of racketeering conspiracy and several other important counts resulted in a mistrial because the jury failed to reach an agreement on what was regarded as the most crucial charge.
Reactions
Acting U.S. Attorney Morris Pasqual characterized the Madigan case conviction as “historic,” drawing attention to its place in the criminal cases prosecuted in that court. That conviction has been said to mark a milestone in Illinois politics because of Madigan’s influence throughout history.
Political Impact
Madigan’s conviction signals the death of a century of influence since he was one of the most powerful players in Illinois politics. He was House Speaker from 1983 until 2021, aside from a brief period of Republican control of the chamber.
Next Steps:
- Prosecutors have not decided whether to bring Madigan or McClain to trial on the deadlocked charges.
- Though facing imprisonment, Madigan’s age may soften the blow of whatever sentence he receives.
This is one of Illinois’s more significant public corruption cases, which is not new to such battles. This trial’s verdict captures the continuing struggle to deal with state corruption in the government’s upper echelon.
