Johnathon called me one day after their home builder’s preferred lender suddenly denied their mortgage loan. We talked at length about how team GCA could help the Harding Family qualify and get approved for an FHA loan. After a few weeks of adjusting the loan and our plan with our Mortgage Case Scenario Help Desk Administrator, Toni Coombs, the loan was submitted and shared. Six days after sharing, the Harding family’s home closed!!!

Wow. Absolutely amazing. How can anyone close a loan in six days. Thanks for the info Sammy. Great talking to you this morning. I have USDA loan I am having problems with. Can you please have Gustan take a look at it?
